I bought two of these, but holding them in my hands gives me some kind of skin irritation that I feel long after I put the notebook down. I am a long time user of the classic Leuchtturm1917 notebooks and I never had a similar issue with them. Is it just me?
@@markyourpages I'll let you know. It's been a while....I was a serial Leuchtturm buyer until I switched to Endless Recorder A5's for whiter paper and better shading on my fountain pen ink. Nowadays I'm wanting a bigger format so I can post the occasional clipping into it. I've been using a Nakabayashi Logical Prime B5, which is fine, but the paper doesn't give me warm fuzzy feelings and I want a hard cover. Interested to see the state of Leuchtturm paper's fountain-pen-friendliness these days.

I agree! It’s hard when you use something every single day. Things just tend to get messy.
I'm surprised the stamp didn't bleed, it does to so many papers.
I have found that the ink is just as important as the paper. And when you have bad paper and bad ink, it spells disaster.
