I was in a long distance relationship..we were so much close and was best friend before... Then suddenly we broke up and it was from her side bcz of a family issue..as we were in a long distance relationship..no intimate things happend between us... I am born muslim but didn't have much knowledge about islam.. And i used to think it's not that much haram or something to be in a relationship.. Actually i didn't even prayed except jum'aa... But when she left me i started praying and supplicating to Allah that to give her back to me(ASAP as a gf)...bcz i missed her a lot and truly loved... Than i suddenly found some videos on islam.. I started learning a lot than before.. And understood Rltnship is haram.. But i was still praying to Allah to give her back if as a friend..but i decided if she come back want relationship i will try to make it halal through marriage and if she want friendship(as she asked at the time of brkup to be a frnd) i'll give it bcz i thought it's may be not that much sin to be friend.. after 2 month suddenly she came back and wanted friendship so i give it her as decided.. But by the time passed i get to knw that even talking to girl without reason is also prohibited.. So i decided to leave her.. And i did few days back...and i stopped talking to other girls... But some days after i again started to miss her and i'm feeling like i still love her.. I knw it sounds dumb...like I want her in halal way by marriage but it's not possible... I'm so much broken now...can't even concentrate in my prayers. So will someone suggest me what to do in that situation.. I don't want to continue any kind of haram things...I just want to be a religious person... Pray for me that Allah may give me proper hidayah.. Keep me in the right path... And plz suggest me how can i overcome that broken situation and can stick to my deen.

ibn Abbas' authority and Mujahid's authority - these are Sahaba. The Sahaba have the authority to interpret the Qur'an. Who else is better to tell us what the verses mean??
I still don't understand how is the Islamic way to find a spouse. It seems illogical, difficult way to conduct. I mean, I live in Poland, and majority of the women here are Christian and a very minority of them may be Muslims (but they're virtually unseen!). So how is it possible to get to know each other if interaction is even prohibited!? Please, I know that doing khalwat is close to zina, but how can I get a spouse if my interaction is even restricted? Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated 🙏

The English language lacks many words that Arabic has a specific and distinct term for. For example, in English you need two words to describe a "female camel", but Arabic has a single term (ناقة/Naqa) to describe the same being. Likewise, English might use two words ("shooting star") to describe this bright object that we can sometimes see traveling across the sky at night... but Arabic can describe the same object with a single word ("sheehab"). And the term sheehab doesn't carry connotations of it being some kind of "star", like the English expression might imply to someone unaware of the context. As for the why would it question, I don't see how this is problematic. It's only an issue if you're actually able to see jinn, in order to confirm that the shooting stars aren't targeting them lol. An if-then statement is only demonstrably false if you can present cases where the premise is true, but the conclusion doesn't follow.

Dude, Many of the Sahih Hadiths have errors and are deeply problematic. Do not take Hadiths as the word of Allah. Hadiths are written by man and hence bound to be with error.
For Umar Ali, Brother I am no scholar, but to my layman understanding, I would prefer 100 lashes on earth anyday with asking forgiveness of Allah s.w.t rather than burning in hell. Surely Allah s.w.t will judge us all, but isn't it better that our sins are forgiven on earth itself rather than us being put into Jahannam?

-Regarding the answer for bf/gf he didn't specify that it would be halal only if a mahram is present in between their interactions. -Regarding the question for not praying, the simple answer is yes he is muslim but non-practising. And since he is not a practising muslim means either his faith is very weak or his utmost believe of Judgement day is very weak (because no sane person who knows his actions will be rewarded/punished will act so lazily).
I once went to my non muslim friend's house. It was the time for my obligatory prayer and there wasn't a mosque nearby. Inside the house also people are walking here and there. So the only clean place which I thought was suitable to offer namaz was the prayer room they had. But it had many images of hindu God in front and on the walls. I was not sure whether it's ok to pray there, so I specifically added in my niyah that oh Allah, my prostration being done is in front of you and not these images. So i prayed over there. My doubt is will my prayer be accepted in such case? Have I committed a sin?

+Mohamed Ameen It depends, its a difficult question, It depends on their level of understanding and rejection of the truth. When the Quran speaks of disbelieevrs it does not refer to Non Muslims, but if the non muslim was a rejector and against the religion or God and counts as a disbeliever but they suffered many problems it is hard to say what could happen.

@@Yameen200 like there are different stages of Heaven there are indeed different stages of hell.. only the most wicked of people will be put in the deeper layers. The Quran refers to the punishment that these people will receive. Those in the shallower layers may not even have to suffer at all.. but instead ponder about their sins and mistakes and ask God for forgiveness. But Allah knows best, this is simply my understanding which many people and scholars share. It seems completely rational to me personally. Everyone will be given complete justice and it shall be exactly what each soul deserves. We must remember that God is the most Merciful, not just to Muslims or those who have been given divine guidance or even to all those who believe in him, nay, to ALL his creation.

Hi Dr. Shabir said that what was not said explicited prohibited maybe permissable and in terms of music maybe if it doesn't go against islam it could be permissable (something close). I heard from another scholar, other than hadith all 4 schools of thought have explicitly mentioned that music is haram other than the drum based on the buhari hadith where it talks about people will try to make adultery, alcohol and instruments of music halal. If schools of thoughts says no, we should abide by them right? (Please keep me posted, if there was a response to this?)
Because schools of thoughts are exactly that - Schools of thought. They are not ultimate, not absolute. They are also interpretations. Also remember they are classical schools of thought.

Why are there numerous contradictions in the Quran and why are muslims hypocrites in practicing the ideologies of Ialam. For example, the quran claims there should be NO compulsion in religion, sura 2:257. The fact of the matter is that in many muslim communities, apostates are murdered for leaving islam. The quran, hadiths and sunnas teach that when muslims are in the majority with power and numbers, unbelievers are to be executed, exiled , converted to islam or in the case of Jews and Christians, become second class citizens(dhimmies ) and pay taxes for protection. Regarding insulting Mohammad, did he not have a women executed for writing unflattering poems about him? Why can a person get away with insulting Allah but be murdered for drawing a cartoon about Mohammad. Please explain. Thank you.
Modern music has many haram things in it, and I don't mean like haram in subject matter like most may assume, but in a scientific matter. Modern music is used as a implicit conditioning tool, it is sold as an opiate to society, it is brainwashing us to the most scientific definition of the term. At the most basic level it is selling us unhealthy Perspectives of things like happiness or sadness, and makes us worship things like ones self and ones emotions. Here's a test, see if you can have true Kushu in your salah and still listen to modern music regularly. this stuff is ruining our psychology, that is why it is haram
that's because that is what these industries want you to see, that it is for your benefit and not your harm, it seems awfully convenient that no one is funding the publications of studies that examine the conditioning effects of music on society, and if your muslim, look at the hadith on Seeth, one of the sons of Adam.

Yes, but don't see it in a negative context. Allah is threatning you with hellfire out of love. Allah does not want you to go anywhere else to seek for things because Allah knows wherever/whomever you go to, it won't be granted. Allah says ask me and I'll give! Allah is Al-Waahab (The giver of gifts). In the same way a parent may say, if you ever need financial help come and ask me for money! or I swear hellfire will fall upon you. They don't say this to threaten, but out of love. They fear they if you go through financial difficulties and you don't tell them you may end up going to commit suicide due to the pressures and that'd hurt them would it not? etc..

I was in a long distance relationship..we were so much close and was best friend before... Then suddenly we broke up and it was from her side bcz of a family issue..as we were in a long distance relationship..no intimate things happend between us... I am born muslim but didn't have much knowledge about islam.. And i used to think it's not that much haram or something to be in a relationship.. Actually i didn't even prayed except jum'aa... But when she left me i started praying and supplicating to Allah that to give her back to me(ASAP as a gf)...bcz i missed her a lot and truly loved... Than i suddenly found some videos on islam.. I started learning a lot than before.. And understood Rltnship is haram.. But i was still praying to Allah to give her back if as a friend..but i decided if she come back want relationship i will try to make it halal through marriage and if she want friendship(as she asked at the time of brkup to be a frnd) i'll give it bcz i thought it's may be not that much sin to be friend.. after 2 month suddenly she came back and wanted friendship so i give it her as decided.. But by the time passed i get to knw that even talking to girl without reason is also prohibited.. So i decided to leave her.. And i did few days back...and i stopped talking to other girls... But some days after i again started to miss her and i'm feeling like i still love her.. I knw it sounds dumb...like I want her in halal way by marriage but it's not possible... I'm so much broken now...can't even concentrate in my prayers. So will someone suggest me what to do in that situation.. I don't want to continue any kind of haram things...I just want to be a religious person... Pray for me that Allah may give me proper hidayah.. Keep me in the right path... And plz suggest me how can i overcome that broken situation and can stick to my deen.

ibn Abbas' authority and Mujahid's authority - these are Sahaba. The Sahaba have the authority to interpret the Qur'an. Who else is better to tell us what the verses mean??

+WarriorLife You're incorrectly carrying implications based on English translations and applying them on an Arabic text. The English language lacks many words that Arabic has a specific and distinct term for. For example, in English you need two words to describe a "female camel", but Arabic has a single term (ناقة/Naqa) to describe the same being.
Likewise, English might use two words ("shooting star") to describe this bright object that we can sometimes see traveling across the sky at night... but Arabic can describe the same object with a single word ("sheehab"). And the term sheehab doesn't carry connotations of it being some kind of "star", like the English expression might imply to someone unaware of the context.
As for the why would it question, I don't see how this is problematic. It's only an issue if you're actually able to see jinn, in order to confirm that the shooting stars aren't targeting them lol. An if-then statement is only demonstrably false if you can present cases where the premise is true, but the conclusion doesn't follow.

Dude, Many of the Sahih Hadiths have errors and are deeply problematic. Do not take Hadiths as the word of Allah. Hadiths are written by man and hence bound to be with error.
For Umar Ali, Brother I am no scholar, but to my layman understanding, I would prefer 100 lashes on earth anyday with asking forgiveness of Allah s.w.t rather than burning in hell. Surely Allah s.w.t will judge us all, but isn't it better that our sins are forgiven on earth itself rather than us being put into Jahannam?

-Regarding the answer for bf/gf he didn't specify that it would be halal only if a mahram is present in between their interactions.
-Regarding the question for not praying, the simple answer is yes he is muslim but non-practising. And since he is not a practising muslim means either his faith is very weak or his utmost believe of Judgement day is very weak (because no sane person who knows his actions will be rewarded/punished will act so lazily).

I once went to my non muslim friend's house. It was the time for my obligatory prayer and there wasn't a mosque nearby. Inside the house also people are walking here and there. So the only clean place which I thought was suitable to offer namaz was the prayer room they had. But it had many images of hindu God in front and on the walls. I was not sure whether it's ok to pray there, so I specifically added in my niyah that oh Allah, my prostration being done is in front of you and not these images. So i prayed over there. My doubt is will my prayer be accepted in such case? Have I committed a sin?

+Mohamed Ameen It depends, its a difficult question, It depends on their level of understanding and rejection of the truth. When the Quran speaks of disbelieevrs it does not refer to Non Muslims, but if the non muslim was a rejector and against the religion or God and counts as a disbeliever but they suffered many problems it is hard to say what could happen.

@@Yameen200 like there are different stages of Heaven there are indeed different stages of hell.. only the most wicked of people will be put in the deeper layers. The Quran refers to the punishment that these people will receive. Those in the shallower layers may not even have to suffer at all.. but instead ponder about their sins and mistakes and ask God for forgiveness. But Allah knows best, this is simply my understanding which many people and scholars share. It seems completely rational to me personally. Everyone will be given complete justice and it shall be exactly what each soul deserves. We must remember that God is the most Merciful, not just to Muslims or those who have been given divine guidance or even to all those who believe in him, nay, to ALL his creation.

Hi Dr. Shabir said that what was not said explicited prohibited maybe permissable and in terms of music maybe if it doesn't go against islam it could be permissable (something close). I heard from another scholar, other than hadith all 4 schools of thought have explicitly mentioned that music is haram other than the drum based on the buhari hadith where it talks about people will try to make adultery, alcohol and instruments of music halal. If schools of thoughts says no, we should abide by them right?

Because schools of thoughts are exactly that - Schools of thought. They are not ultimate, not absolute. They are also interpretations. Also remember they are classical schools of thought.

Why are there numerous contradictions in the Quran and why are muslims hypocrites in practicing the ideologies of Ialam. For example, the quran claims there should be NO compulsion in religion, sura 2:257. The fact of the matter is that in many muslim communities, apostates are murdered for leaving islam. The quran, hadiths and sunnas teach that when muslims are in the majority with power and numbers, unbelievers are to be executed, exiled , converted to islam or in the case of Jews and Christians, become second class citizens(dhimmies ) and pay taxes for protection. Regarding insulting Mohammad, did he not have a women executed for writing unflattering poems about him? Why can a person get away with insulting Allah but be murdered for drawing a cartoon about Mohammad. Please explain. Thank you.

Modern music has many haram things in it, and I don't mean like haram in subject matter like most may assume, but in a scientific matter. Modern music is used as a implicit conditioning tool, it is sold as an opiate to society, it is brainwashing us to the most scientific definition of the term. At the most basic level it is selling us unhealthy Perspectives of things like happiness or sadness, and makes us worship things like ones self and ones emotions. Here's a test, see if you can have true Kushu in your salah and still listen to modern music regularly. this stuff is ruining our psychology, that is why it is haram
that's because that is what these industries want you to see, that it is for your benefit and not your harm, it seems awfully convenient that no one is funding the publications of studies that examine the conditioning effects of music on society, and if your muslim, look at the hadith on Seeth, one of the sons of Adam.

Yes, but don't see it in a negative context. Allah is threatning you with hellfire out of love. Allah does not want you to go anywhere else to seek for things because Allah knows wherever/whomever you go to, it won't be granted. Allah says ask me and I'll give! Allah is Al-Waahab (The giver of gifts).
In the same way a parent may say, if you ever need financial help come and ask me for money! or I swear hellfire will fall upon you. They don't say this to threaten, but out of love. They fear they if you go through financial difficulties and you don't tell them you may end up going to commit suicide due to the pressures and that'd hurt them would it not? etc..
