I ask for short sides usually a number 2 grade and I leave the top about 4-5 inches long, the most important is to make sure it is undercut or disconnected on the sides and back

To get it similar to me I would recommend having the sides and the top longer, in this video it was about 4 weeks after I got it cut, so maybe get number 3-4 on sides and 5-6 inch on top

Im an asian too and my style of haircut is UNDERCUT like him.. But it doesnt mean you will get the same hair as him because we all have different head or face shape you know..
