Thank you for the video. Unfortunately, these first options aren't working for device (I have not tried 4, and I won't be trying it), so it looks like I will need professional help. My only feedback for you is whenever you suggest factory resetting, _please_ stress to viewers that this means erasing all of their data. Some people may really want or even need to keep information stored on their devices but may not know the risk of that option, so you might get some very negative results if someone unknowingly erases all of their data by your suggestion. my phone is stuck on a blank charging logo with a grey circle, when i reboot my phone on recovery mode it just shows the charging logo again, any help? Samsung S20 FE is my phone. I have been charging for almost 2 hours.
it wont turn off when plugged to cable so I can double volume press to enter odin fimware instalation. It~s formated, its cache deleted, It never dropped or damaged, it gone just crazy by itself and ruined by itself the fimware and the turn off boot loop option doesnt even work, goes into infinite start up then boot looping again, PLEASE help....it was my work tool. I need it asap to work...
No. nothing helps. The thing is stuck at recovery mode. Can't factory reset it because we need data from the phone. Samsung really screwed us with the last update. about 60 phones need to be wiped and reset.
I tried to do all the steps that you showed in the video, except for a factory reset, there are so many photos that you can’t erase them, and I just don’t know what to do @@droigy
Do you have a Google account? If your phone is connected to a Google account, you can go to Google Find My Device on a browser to bring your phone to its factory settings to fix the issue.

If you use the factory reset method, it'll delete everything on your phone.
What to do if Samsung goes into recovery, you click reboot and it goes into recovery again, and just reboots into recovery
