I’m a nurse and we give ascorbic acid or vitamin c and zinc by mouth to our patients when they have wounds and as a wound prevention measure! So there is definitely science behind it!
I wear the color science sunforgettable it’s my go to I love it so much I get so many compliments it’s like I’m a walking filter but without the filter 😊
This is the 2nd video I’ve watched, and Brianna you look radiant! I haven’t watched your videos in a bit, and just saw some recent ones…whatever you’re doing, keep it up! Ur sweater & the hoop earrings just compliment the glow!
I've been using the colorscience flex sunscreen ever since you first started mentioning it. I have a normal to dry skin type and it works wonderfully even in Florida humidity. Love that I can use it in place of foundation.
I like that you are honest a about if it's already sagging! Also they need to eat healthy foods, drink water, exercise and don't smoke! Or drink a lot of alcohol and expect your skin to hold up!!
Thanks for the excellent tips, Brianna!😊 There's a lot of great science on the benefit of taking collagen peptides in addition to the other supplements you mentioned as well. I recently purchased the Photozyme serum and loving it so far! Love your channel ❤️
Excellent video! So informative and easy to understand! Thank you❤ I love everything you talked about😊 For me personally, I can’t live without the glutathione, it helps keep my melasma at its lightest.
Have you also tried astaxanthin? It's also supposed to be a lot more powerful than vit. C... I wish we had a topical product combining all these super-potent antioxidants.
Hi Brianna - I’ve just watched your video on Osmosis skincare…..there’s a lot of products mentioned here so do you switch up your skincare? Do you have a video on your routine which would really help with knowing how to layer all the products? I’m just a bit confused 🤩 thanks so much x
I will order the advanced Osmosis retinal, however do I absolutely need to use a growth factor serum or is there another product that would work as well and less expensive?
Hi Andrea! Fillers won’t help sagging skin…in fact it can make it worse as it can become heavy. You need to take care of your skin from the cell level with the ingredients I mention in this video ☺️❤️
Maybe one day you could do video on masks that you sell on Skin Truth & a video on the neck & jowls especially for aging women experiencing sagging. Thank you.
I've heard from certain dermatologists that it's not advisable to use retinoids and vitamin C together as vit C oxidises the vitamin A. One nullifies the other. It's pretty confusing what to use with what. Thoughts?
Brianna, are you recommending not using a growth factor at all if we’re using an AGE serum/ cream or are you recommending using a growth factor during a pm skincare routine, for example, if an AGE serum/ cream is being used for an am skincare routine?
@@Joy-ob7bj hi joy! So if you’re using sat the alumiermd AGE serum or the revision boosting serum, you can use that to replace the growth factor serum and use it first in your routine. You can definitely use that during the day and a growth factor serum at night but for people who like to keep it simple, it can replace a growth factor. Hope that makes sense. Then the Skinceuticals AGE Interrupter is a moisturizer type product so you would use that after serums in your routine ☺️
if I am new to retinoid, should I use the osmosis correct first? if so, how long before I can step up to the renew? ty! would love if you did a beginner friendly video for medical skincare. Im starting to buy medical grade skincare and I'm a bit overwhelmed on what to get and how much I need at the beginning when just starting to build my routine. ty ❤
Absolutely I will fill that but yes you would start with Correct and because retinaldehyde is easily tolerated most people can bump up strength after a bottle or two 💯❤️
Hi Brianna, I just started using some of the Osmosis products that you have been recommending. So far so good, but just wondering do you ever use a toner? I am looking for one that will not interfere with the Osmosis products. I always like to use one after cleansing to make sure everything is 100% removed. Would appreciate your advice. Thank you, Lisa
Placing an order right now I did not know about glutathione as a drink and you are right I’ve been on OTC multivitamin but I don’t see any difference 🤷🏻♀️ hope this helps me thanks I’m starting to see some different skin now I’m turning 43❤
Thanks Brianna!❤️❤️❤️❤️I’ve been using the age interrupter face and eye cream for years. Is it a mistake to use a growth factor in conjunction with an age interrupter product ? A pm skincare routine for example. Do you use a growth factor in the morning if you use an AGE product in the evening?
I love all your videos! Can you please talk about hair health and what you take internally and products you use. Your hair looks just as good as your skin! ❤ my hair started having breakage and I don’t even color or use heat on it. I feel after getting Covid 3 times this is a side effect possibly?
I love u Bri! I really appreciate all of your knowledge you have taught me so much and my skin is so happy because of you. I just have one quick question is the photos I am vitamin C Ellis Korback acid considered stable or do I need to be conscious of it going bad? Thanks so much
Thank you so much! So if you’re using a HIGH QUALITY vitamin C L Ascorbic Acid then you don’t need to worry about it if you use it in the proper time frame. Skinceuticals has the most clinical studies to prove that their vitamin C’s remain stable and potent for up to a year ❤️❤️
Omg I just read my auto corrected question That made no sense! Lmao. I was referring to photzyme vit c. And yes I only use high quality ( medical grade for life!) 😂thank u for answering me. I appreciate it! ❤
It will help yes!! I use my device a few nights a week! That’s a boost to these tried and true clinical data tips I’m giving in this video. LED therapy and microcurrent will boost it!
Are you still using truth treatment,I find the transdermal C breaks me out every time I use it. Just using on my neck now, love Colour Science sunscreen, and Skinceuticals vit. C
It’s healthy for your body and organs but does little in actually keeping your skin tight. It’s actually a myth that drumming lots of water helps your skin. Even when drinking a lot of water it goes up every other organ and very little to your skin ☺️
I’m a nurse and we give ascorbic acid or vitamin c and zinc by mouth to our patients when they have wounds and as a wound prevention measure! So there is definitely science behind it!

I’m w/ you! No foundation needed, Color Science all the way!!👍🏻🥰
I love this!! I’m trying ultherapy soon! My skin isn’t saggy but it never hurts to be ahead of the game!
Can you do video best products & supplements for melasma thanks
Will do!
Great video! What products would you recommend to use as a body treatment for saggy crepy skin?
Thank you! Oh! The cosmedix A-Lift is a retinaldehyde and retinol for the body snd it’s Amazing!!
What about using microcurrent as a preventative for sagging???
Hi. What is your am and pm vitamin C’s? Is there texture sticky? I’m wondering how it is under makeup.
Also, you use Retinol every day? Thanks
Hi Brianna, what’s your favorite device for sagging 58 years old jowls?
Thanks again for the awesome information and tips!!
Thank you!!! ❤️❤️

Great video! Brianna is the mdaire retinol good?
Love the video! Great skincare and Cymbiotika, you can't go wrong ! It definitely makes a difference.

Thanks Kelly!! ❤️
Why do you think premature sagging happens 😢
I just turned 40 and i cant believe how bad my skin looks 😢
Brianna, love the tips! Do you have a good body cream that works on pigmentation/damaged skin from sun in my youth.
Excellent video! So informative and easy to understand! Thank you❤ I love everything you talked about😊 For me personally, I can’t live without the glutathione, it helps keep my melasma at its lightest.
Thank you Lisa! And yes, another great effect of glutathione…it’s known as the “skin lightening antioxidant” ☺️❤️
Have you also tried astaxanthin? It's also supposed to be a lot more powerful than vit. C... I wish we had a topical product combining all these super-potent antioxidants.
Can we use osmosis renew and the contour red light mask together? How can we incorporate both in our skincare routine?
Really enjoyed your hints and tips. 🥰💕
Thank you! ❤️❤️
What about TNS Skin Medica ? I never hear you speak of it anymore. What products would I use in place of ??
❤ these tips!

Τhanks Bri. Do you think the use of these products outweighs the need for fillers, etc? I need to consider where best to spend my money!

Hello what vitamin C is good to use at night as well?
I use the truth treatments vitamin c balm at night a lot because it’s extra hydrating too
Very informative! Do you recommend any lasers? Or thermage?
I've heard from certain dermatologists that it's not advisable to use retinoids and vitamin C together as vit C oxidises the vitamin A. One nullifies the other. It's pretty confusing what to use with what. Thoughts?
That’s 10000% not true. Many effective products contain both those ingredients in one product. They actually work even better together
@@BriannaStanko thanks for that 10000% denial 😁. I'll definitely start using them together.
So how do I use conjunction with alumince age with other products? Is that like growth factor?
You use it first in place of a growth factor 😊

Does Alumiere AGE work in a similar way as neogenesis recovery. Which one would you recommend and why?
Recovery all the way!
So if I am using photoenzyme do I necessarily need the Alumiere AGE? I love the photoenzyme serum.

Is the Alumier MD resurfacing serum good? Great for sensitive skin?

Do any of your Vitamin C recommendations not have a smell? I've tried skinceuticals, but I just can't power through the hot dog water smell. 🙃
The Alumier md. No scent and amazing!
Hey at night … retenoid before or after vitamin C at night ?
So it really depends what you’re using ☺️
Thank you for responding, skinceuticals retinol and skinceuticals 20%vit C + AHA
I would do the vitamin c first in this case 😊

Thank you for all of your great advice. Definitely need to practice the no sugar method, but ice cream calls my name😂

Love this! Do you also take a collagen supplement? I keep hearing mixed reviews, but for the most part they are positive.
I take the osmosis regenerate which is a liver detox PLUS collagen supplement and it WORKS!!
Great recommendations!!! I have all of these🤗from you of course lol
How does the Isdin tinted sunscreen compare to the Colorescience flex in medium?
Hi! It’s thinner and doesn’t have as much coverage. A beautiful spf though
I heard that ppl feel rly energized with the cymbiotika nmn...then I saw that it has caffeine in it so it's a no for me
Yes it has a very small amount of caffeine
