- Everyone is searching. Everyone who hasn't given up and succumbed to despair and surrendered to nihilism is searching for something. And ultimately, whether they know it or not, they're searching for Jesus.

WOW!!! This was such a powerful Jesus-centered sermon.
One of the best sermons I've heard in a long time
I walked away from Christianity when Christians lined up with Trump.i heard about your church in the book The Kingdom, The Power and the Glory. Not sure what I believe, but searching and thank you for this UA-cam.
That makes sense. Just know that that form of Christianity does not represent who Christ truly is and the church. I would even venture to say that the form of Christianity you speak of is not based on faith in Christ but fear of loss, and any belief that claims to be Christ based but is rooted in fear should be walked away from. But that is not Christ. That is just scared people wanting to believe in Christ, but lack faith in him being enough. Jesus himself spent at least half of his ministry rebuking such behavior. Fight the good fight my friend and know God is there.
And those who seek shall find.
A lotta folks search for confirmation & justifications so they don't hafta "rethink" . . . Decompress, defragment, deprogram, repair, rewire.
Churches need more social training & application versus pew warming.
If ya look back, ya become a "pillar of salt" ("tears"?).
I have not found that all search
Still appreciate Pastor Zahnd's sermons although Word of Life feels drifting into a bit o'commercial compromise.
