- Burns, Calvin, and myself were originally planning on returning to Shelby for Halloween after a 2-year hiatus. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans. Ended up in Tecumseh at 6pm, and was getting ready to pack up when this 2001 fired up at about 6:06, in attack. Located at the cemetery on Brown street. Tecumseh tests twice a year; SWA and Halloween.

Odd thing to say but I have a feeling Tecumseh compressors came from Tecumseh Michigan
Ooh, Tecumseh! Any idea if the 2 in downtown is active? I feel like it has to be, seeing it’s from the 90s and has an FC last I recall. Then again it could be in the same situation those model 3s are
Last I heard they were active for fire calls, but that was over 10 years ago at this point. I’ve spent a fair bit of time in Tecumseh and have never heard any of them go off. Maybe they only run them for working structure fires or something.
I think the Model 2 downtown might be active, I'm not sure. Never heard it go off before, probably because I live in Raisin Township. Maybe one of y'all could try on the next siren testing?
@@thedominator912 Since Siena Heights’ Sterling is finally located, that will be my destination next SWA most likely. Could drop an audio recorder in Tecumseh though
Yeah, I think the Sterling at Siena Heights is active. It's been there since 1941 according to a newspaper clipping I found. Also, the 3's in Tecumseh could be active, maybe they just have bad radios. Could be the same with the 2 as well. The Model 7 downtown is not active (sadly). It looks to be in good condition.
