1950s Vise Grip 10R Locking Pliers After 4 Hours in the Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank.

The old Vise Grip 10R pliers were left in the ultrasonic cleaning tank for 4 hours this morning removing all of the crud and grease.

Hard to kill the old Vise Grips. I have a few of them in various conditions. Still use them occasionally too.

I wonder if you buff them up and then clean with denatured alcohol and then put them in a tank with nickel electrolysis if it would make them rust proof and pretty?
