Hi, I have a video called importing from excel to indesign that might help, but I'm not sure what you mean by "chats". If you mean comments I don't know of a way of bringing those into indesign sorry.

I think your video is delayed by a few seconds to the audio
Yeah, it might appear not synced in places, I actually record the screen cap separately to avoid keyboard sounds etc.
