Very nice. Yes, the specs are lacking compared to an Ali Watch, but I guess it’s whatever one is willing to pay for and since they sell out all the time, they must be doing something correct. Thanks!
Don't know about the watch, but you made me order a Bonklip bracelet. There is something tropical about it, like flying to Hawaii in the 50's, on a huge seaplane.... Cheers Steve, be well mate.
Mineral glass offers great clarity, especially since great mineral glass costs as much as cheap sapphire that’s not as clear. Still, I’d appreciate sapphire for an extra few bucks❤️
Nice watch, I love the design and the proportions 👌 But I’m not a fan of the yellow indices, I would have prefer something more brown/creamy. Plus the blue AR coating is really bothering me 😕
Beautiful dial. Microbrands can definitely differentiate themselves compared to chinese homage brands with unique dial deign imo. Also love the asymmetric cushion on the crown side. That's why I bought Bliger speedmaster homage instead of Corgeut.
I used to think the mecaquartz movements were cool, but after owning one, it's not pleasant. Feels jittery and nervous. Better to have one tick per second then 4. Makes it feel cheap. I fricken love the look of this watch, but the uselessness of the Chrono function here is also a turn off. No running seconds? That pointless 24h subdial. The only thing this watch has going is it looks good
Baltany 6BB homage watch (Seiko VK64 mecha quartz movement) costs $150 but comes with a sapphire crystal. Praesidus needs to upgrade its mineral crystal to a sapphire crystal to stay competitive with other homage watches of a similar style.
@@bouldervideonews They just sell 1/3 or 1/2 the amount Baltany sells for and make basically the same money though. "competitiveness" is an ambivalent term in the watch market, it's almost meaningless. It's more about marketing to pull enough people who are willing to spend this money on a micro brand. A lot actually do.
STAY AWAY FROM PRAESIDUS Had a horrible experience with Praesidus customer service on one of their premium watches ($545 Vince Speranza Soprod). The watch was out of spec by 60+ minutes, it was running about an hour fast. After two months of trying to get them to fix the watch, I finally had to file a chargeback. To add insult to injury…After posting my experience on Reddit, the owner reached out and said he would send a free watch my way for all the trouble and asked me which one I would like. I asked for a quartz Spec 2. No reply to my message, no free watch has shown up. Really gives you the ASS experience…

Like it a lot. Just bought the Baltany 6BB watch, same design but it's a little too chunky for me. 😢
This one made me check out the Baltany in more detail. But yeah, this case is much slimmer looking.

What a great size and funky case shape. Thank you for highlighting the fine details. Fun to see that 70s ish bracelet too.
Not crazy about that bracelet. Nato, leather straps will do.
The Bonclip isn't for everyone, that's for sure. It's a cool and comfortable vintage vibe, but I agree...leather and NATO for me as well 👍

Too much money for a mineral crystal and a 24 hour counter. Baltany does better for much less.
You can get it for $276 with a 20% off coupon code like I just did.
Mineral crystal and meca quartz and they want how much? These micro brands / start ups are getting silly. Mineral crystal????? Smh

They also misspelled asymmetrical as assymetrical lol, definitely make you trust their quality control!
