I have one of these old canners. My grandma gave it to me. We have been using it and it does great. I'm in search of information on the numbers on the bottom of the pot. If anyone knows, I'd love the answer! Thank you!
might not want to move lid around by using the gauge - and might be able to have gauge tested at a hardware store whatever Aluna cleaning pads is is what they used to suggest for cleaning it - do you have idea what good substitute would be?

I would suggest SOS but wear gloves, aluminum in the blood can cause parkensons and altzheimers.
