Vicky Super Honestly when I got my first period I was at home and it was horrible I was crying so much then I just watched Marissa's period playlist and I just learned sm !
I sleep on my back when I'm on my period and tuck myself in because I don't want to move around too much + a heating pad + towl. But I do always sleep on my left side with a pillow between my legs so it relieves pressure off my legs.
When I’m on my period, I usually wear night time pads/ extra long pads because it gives me the feeling that I won’t leak throughout the day. I still feel a bit uncomfortable but I feel more reassured when I’m wearing long ones.
