For anyone wondering, his (the same one I bought, 10x20 eurmax with all side walls) will fit in a 2023 Tesla Model Y with the back seats put down

Good review. We recently bought an EZUP 10x10 and struggled to put it up the first time. Second time I lubed all the joints with Triflow and now it goes up Really Easy! Thanks

A nit-picking and unnecessarily negative review of a canopy that even you admit "is absolutely beautiful" when it's up. I've got a Eurmax canopy, I actually read the instructions, and after a couple times of figuring out how to put it up I now do so with no problems at all. Yes, it's a little more complicated than other canopies but it's well worth it to own a premium product.
hi there well i will have to disagree it was a premium price but lacking in quality for that price , i have used it maybe 10 times and shows signs of ware , the ware spots are at measurable points on the frame that never change and they missed them . i did make changes that make it easier to put up by myself . thanks for dropping in john
Him agreeing with the looks and usability has nothing to do with quality control and how a company should purge all these small issues now. They’ve had this same canopy for sale for 10 years now I think. One would hope by now the issues (very known and common if you read around the web) would’ve been solved already
I have a 10x20 hexagonal leg version and it’s great but I also have to worry about some( not all) the issues mentioned here
If they would just take them time to listen to husky like this dude and fox the issue, they’d make thousands more. Instead people buy cheaper ones thinking if it breaks I can buy 3 more before I end up spending what I would’ve with a eurmax and still be fine.
I bought the 10X20 for my Auto Detailing business and the issues you talk about is exactly what my issues are. It's been a year now and my farm is broken at the weak plastic joints. Waist of money.

Hi John. What I found with mine is that putting some ductape on the parts scuffing it sure helps to not let it rip.

John, those wear strips are supposed to to over the top and down the side of your frame work, despite the long velcro strapping.

Try using gorilla tape on those where areas that may save you some.

i know you shouldnt have to. but they got those self stick elbow patches. might put those on the underside of the canopy where the poles rub to prevent or at least delay future ass ache. they come in clear too so it doesnt look too hokey.

Is it made in China ? most likely you will just have to put duck tape on all of them wear points and just live with it.
Don't blame China for us buying all of the stuff our importers order.

But neither you nor I have to buy products made in China, we choose to because the items are normally less expensive and last a good long time. We made China the powerhouse they are by buying their products or from buying products US manufactures have made in China. All I'm saying is, don't blame China because we've become addicted to the products they happily provide to the world. We could get into labor costs and various other talking points but that would take way more time than either of us have.
@@davidconaway2830 in essence, yes. we are to blame for buying chinas crap. however, to act like china does not blatanly steal peoples intellectual property, then undercut them on their own product using forced labor.. Not everyone knows all that. They just see shit on the shelf with a low price. The truth is, the list of blame is long. Many atrocities are committed to bring you that low priced gadget or food item. But lets ignore all that, because its unpleasant.
@@davidconaway2830 But more to the point. Chinese companies will send you excellent sample products. then when you order the run what you receive is garbage. At that point you have no choice but to sell it or absorb the loss. The chinese companies give absolutely zero fucks.

They cannot have a quality control department as some of the mis alignment is horrendous. Probably only designed to work in a studio instead of the real world. That company needs to employ someone like yourself to iron out all the pitfalls before they go into production.
