Bill Donohue of the "Catholic League" is divorced. Presumably his direct line to God gave him a Get Out of Sin Free card where Matthew 19 is concerned.
What are you his ex wife? There are a lot of divorced and devout Catholics. Of course if you're without sin I'd love to hear your opinion....
@@anniethompson1041 Read your Bible. Our Lord Jesus was very clear in His teaching on divorce in Matthew, Mark and Luke.
@@warrenpaine yes that's true. He also said "Love thy neighbor as thyself." We're all sinners. Pointing out another's sin is not the Christian way.

@10:30 Donahue responds with "The Catholic Church has not spoken up the way it should. Quite frankly, too many priests have been intimidated, including bishops as well, because we had the scandal. That scandal was from 1965-1985."
Your inability to discern this as pure crap is mind boggling. You can't tell me that the number of cases of abuse "the latest statistics is practically nothing. That's long over." Donahue is perpetuating the narrative that corrupt prelates like Dolan direct him to propagate. 'Nothing to see here.' Blame the media. Anyone with any inside line to Church affairs knows a statement like that is CRAP. Divert attention to public schools (which are bad) and above all, protect assets and minimize scandal. Victims are triggered, in actuality they are re-offended when bloviators like Donahue perpetuate lies like this.

@@bobromasr1711 Donahue is right about what? He implied the predatory behaviors of some of our Roman Catholic Church leaders has nearly all been eliminated. The "scandal" is a thing of the past. You believe that?! If so, I would suggest getting better informed. Where are his "latest statistics" coming from? From the same so-called leaders who cover up this filth. It's swept under the rug and dealt with quietly and discreetly; minimize scandal, protect assets. To hell with victims like young men discerning a calling to the priesthood who encounter these sexual deviants STILL PRESENT in our churches and seminaries.
@24:20 you asked him "Why do you continue to do this? All these years later, to write... and continue to fight in this way, in the middle of the culture, day in and day out?" Ask him how much salary he takes from The Catholic League. There's your answer.
And what is that salary ? Tell us please.
