j'ai 71 ans, je suis français, j'ai voyagé en Irlande dans les années 77/79. C'était merveilleux et fraternel. Mais, jamais je n'ai entendu des musiciens de votre talent. Bravo et merci.
Confession time my friend: I fall asleep quick to your music. Relaxes me, and entrancing to my spirit. Still working out kinks to bring you here to T-Town. I'm working with a group of players, to build a big concert, and my hope you'll be a headliner for the gig. Your Friend, Kyle
So in addition to playing acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and highland bagpipes, I now want to buy a set of Uilleann pipes and learn those. Thanks, I needed another instrument to throw my money at.
Absolutely serene. You can hear the obvious love and passion in the music. Thank you for this recording. I've had it on repeat at work because it brings a calm and peace to my day. Well done.
When I'm stressed out I listen to Uilleann pipes, you're a wonderful piper and you're helping me get through some rough times, thank you and God Bless!!
Beautifully played. It seems like everyone who plays this tune plays something like this version but there is no sheet music available anywhere, including the session, that has a version like this. If you have it please share.
Hi Chris. Your playing has come along with the Uilleann Pipes really well. If you compare it with your earlier pieces posted upon your channel. Keep it up. 😎👍 Wouldn't mind getting a copy of that CD of yours from you. After this Lockdown is over.
Amazing! Just got back from a trip to Cape Breton. Loads of good Celtic vibes there, but no pipes. For a beginner to this kind of music, is the Tin Whistle a good starting point? To eventually progress into an instrument like the pipes. Thanks for the great vids and music. Just discovered you the other day and glad I clicked on the 'Subscribe' button. Uilleann Tales has been on repeat the last day or so.
There are pipes happening in Cape Breton, you just didn't hit the right place at the right time. Granted fiddle is king here, even my daughter plays the damn thing, but also the piano which rounds out the family band with pipes and harp.
@@capermike3611 Good to know. I think I was just there at the wrong time of year (ie. last week, so Mid May). I only heard live 'Celtic' music in Judique, otherwise it was just singers with their guitars....still good, but was looking for some good sessions that just weren't happening. I'll have to come again in October during the big festival. At least that is what the locals were telling me.
@@bbulla Yes the fall is the time. The "Celtic Colours Festival" is the thing. The West side of the island is pretty purist about the Scottish fiddle-piano trad, whereas the East side had many Irish players like Robert Stubbert. His daughter Brenda is a great fiddler with many tunes to her credit and can hold her own with the Irish trad as well.
Dang that was good. You can definitely play the best tunes. And hope you reach out to music industries and let them record sounds from you, so other people can make good music on their computers; if you haven't already. That's how majority of good soundtracks come from. People who step up and teach your talent.

The soul of Ireland speaks in this piece. Whew!
Chris, I love your music, but you gotta fix the clock on your oven.

As ever young man absolutely stunning. You have a bright future ahead of you Chris.

Same bro. Except in addition to your holy trinity I play trombone, dobro, and mandolin. I need to get myself in check🤣😂
Yes you do. I play guitar, bass, and drums, and I'm getting a set of uilleann pipes myself. Nice to know I won't be alone, lol
Well played my friend. Cant wait to get my regs, and with your help, to play as well as you do!
I can feel the passion that went into that song. Beautiful.
Lovely recording. Great tuning as well across drones/reg/chanter.
Awesome Chris! Keep it up. We miss you at Johnny Fox's.
Like most uilleann pipe music, it stirs something in the soul. Thank you. God bless you.
Lovely. Full of sensitivity. Thank you, Chris.
Music for the soul! Beautiful!

Them regulators are class u don’t hear many people playing them that way it’s usually just slight tapping through a small bit of the tune. 👍
Simply off the charts Criss ! Wow wow wow 😊❤🙋♂️
Thanks for listening
Oh man I love this music, I could listen to it all day.
Absolutely beautiful, Chris! 👏👏♥️
Absolutely brilliant young man! Everytime I hear Chris play he takes it to a new level it's just brilliant! 👏👏👏
Probably my favorite video of yours Chris. Incredible regulator playing...so in sync with the chanter. Well done!
You need a bigger following. I wish for a world that appreciated musicianship and not simply entertainment.
Beautiful.
So good!
This air gives me goose bumps, so beautiful.
