In Morocco, there are 43 Marjane Hypermarkets in 27 cities with an area between 4000 m2 and 9000 m2. From Tangier in the north to Laayoune in the Moroccan Sahara in the south and from Casablanca to Oujda in the east on the borders with Algeria. There are also the 'local Marjane supermarkets' which were initially present in certain neighborhoods and then the network quickly expanded to 21 cities in the Kingdom. with more than 79 stores whose surface area varies between 497 to 1,765 m2. 13 Marjane hypermarkets are planned soon and around twenty supermarkets also which will cover all Moroccan cities in the very near future.

ِOh my God! Those are Aidi dogs you fed. We always wanted to bring one back home with us to the US. It's the one dog breed I know is native to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco and no where else. Now I really want to go there, but for the Aidi dogs more than for the monkeys 😁
By the way, the two dogs in Azrou are called Aydi, which means dog in tamazigh (the native north African language) This species is found only in North Africa, especially Morocco. They are so friendly and brave and intelligent, I used to have one of them and I'm planning to have another one. Unfortunately it's underrated specie among dog lovers in Morocco...
The Rif is as you know also Tamazight but a dog is called aqzin and female dog is called taqzint and plural is iqzinen and tiqzinen. So no Aydi is not the only Amazigh word for dog because there are different Amazigh dialects.
there is more monkeys in the place of the OLDER tree in AZROU (900 years OLD), and AZROU is close to a wonderful city called IFRAN, i recommend them for you to visit them.

Je travaille à Tanger, et concernant le côté européen de la ville, les colons français l'ont habité durant presque la première moitié du 20 siècle. Toute la partie gauche à partir du rond point où se trouve la pomme rouge en face du commissariat,si tu remontes un peu ,a été construite par les français. Il y a plusieurs villas et maisons à l'architecture européenne comme à Ifrane. Bonne continuation et sois là bienvenue au Maroc.

Middelt is so beautiful I haven't been there for almost 20 years ago.. I was living my childhood in Azrou and I used to feed and play with monkeys, last year I went there and the monkeys actually became more friendly than before. I gave them bananas and they start climbing on my back lol... You are welcome in my homeland the middle atlas mountains Erin... However this region becomes at its peak of beauty in winter, especially after snowfall. You must absolutely visit it the next winter, it's like you are visiting Switzerland or Norway or Alaska.

Your toughts are right! Midelt looks like a european shape in the middle of Morocco, we have more trees in the strees more than the other cities, something like the architecture of Ifrane as you mentionned. Midelt was called "the small paris" "la petite paris" when french colonisation was here, french governement was the one who established many things here including type of buildings and other things in 1900s'. its snowy here in winter and very cold that is why we use more this kind of roofs shape of triangle to protect homes from snow. there are also mineral expenditure in Ahouli and Mibladen 30 kilomters far from Midelt. And yes we are know With apples and Vanadinite the most expensive mineral in the world. People here in Midelt and in south east are very welcoming, most of us are amazighs the native citizens of Morocco. Welcome to Midetlt anytime📍

apples don't grow on the side of the road. You have to drive at least 25 kilometers away from the city of Midelt to Ait Ayach to see apple trees.

In middle atlas we use the word aqzin to name puppies and little dogs.

The second dog is a aidi breed or Atlas mountains shepherd...its a typical moroccan breed such as Sloughi. Im happy ghat you feed him❤❤❤

That statue in Midelt is the symbol of gypsum , there's a lot of gypsum in midelt especially in Mibladen .
