    The line Kenitra-Rabat-Casablanca is the most transited line in Morocco by far, which is understandable since almost a third of the population lives in this corridor. How full the trains will be depends on the day you take the train and the kind of train you get.
    So essentially, the lines are much emptier on non working days, and more crowded on rush hours, since people commute to work in a city or another. The line is also more crowded if you take the interregional train (the double decker orange train you spoted) as it only does Kenitra-Rabat-Casablanca, departs every 15 minutes on working days and has the same speed as the Boraq in this section. Keep in mind also that since the Boraq comes from Tangier, many people have actually exited at Kenitra or Rabat, so it'll always going to be emptier in this section. The train itself is a complete success though (5M+ passengers last year)
    The high speed line is already being extended btw to Marrakech (will enter in service in 2029), and the extension will also be done in the section Kenitra-Rabat-Casablanca by adding 2 new tracks, so it will become a true high speed rail line, there is also an extension to the new Casablanca stadium, and another extension of the Boraq to the Casablanca airport. On the other hand, we're also developping local and interregional trains, there are 2 new stations being built currently in Rabat for those and I think around 20+ in Morocco! So yeah, I guess we're at full speed with trains here.

    Actually. Between Rabat and Casablanca it is not possible to reach the high speed. The distance is quite short and there is many stations in between. The train is operating as commuter train in that part. You can experience the maximum speed of 320km/h between Kenitra and Tanger where the distance allows it.

    Al Boraq is Morocco's high-speed train service, inaugurated in November 2018, marking the first of its kind in Africa. The service operates between Casablanca and Tangier, covering approximately 350 kilometers. On the dedicated high-speed line from Tangier to Kenitra, trains reach speeds up to 320 km/h (199 mph), reducing the travel time between Casablanca and Tangier to about 2 hours and 10 minutes.

    Actually al buraq it's a creature that took the prophet pbuh from earth to Allah .. not just from mecca to Jerusalem... And taht journey is pretty long where he met other prophets in every sky ... Untill he reached allah ... A Very nice journey and it had so many details... Anyways the creature ... the speed of it is described in the narrations ... Every step of that creature takes u to as far as it's eye sees ... Like if it sees a star the next step of it will reach that star ... Very amazing... And ofc it's a miracle and supernatural thing... And i just mentioned that cuz of it's speed that's why the train has been named al buraq

      Sorry 10k. Getting better than 3k. I don't think that you will stop traveling. I am a US native but born in south India. Your videos of Rajahmundry, Vijayawada from south and madras etc were masterpieces. You really put your heart and soul into those videos before COVID and in the 2019 s. Rewind your content and Excel those standards going forward..... Improvise try new things. Grocery stores change their layouts Every 6 months or less because they don't want us to go exactly where the sugar is grab it and run to the check out. Instead they relocate sugar to the opposite side of the store forcing you to hunt for sugar while looking through other items that you would not have seen if the store didn't rearrange their merchandise. I noticed that you are a very principled DAD and follow a very strict protocol. So I doubt very much that you will improvise. But give it a go... Good luck and May God bless you and your family 🙏

    The high-speed train has a speed of only 320 km between the city of Kenitra and the city of Tangier, and the reason is that this area is unpopulated. As for the distance between the city of Rabat and Casablanca, the train travels at 170 km because there is a population center between the two cities.

Avec un trajet entre Casablanca et Tanger réduit à environ 2 heures et 10 minutes, il permet de gagner un temps précieux, surtout pour les déplacements professionnels ou touristiques.
    De plus, Al Boraq offre un confort optimal, avec des sièges spacieux et climatisés, rendant le voyage reposant. C'est une belle avancée pour le Maroc, facilitant les trajets entre les grandes villes et apportant une solution de transport à la fois rapide et agréable.

    Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) went on Buraq (horse with wings) to talk to Allah (God Almighty). Angel Gabriel (Jibraeel in Arabic) accompanied Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) during this journey. Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) went beyond the tree where no human had never gone before.

    For the last remark in the video, Definitely Alborq is better than the Indian train, this is the so reknown TGV made in France by ALSTOM, its experimental speed record is 574.8 kmh the fastest in the world to date. Of course it won't reach it's Bullet speed between Rabat and Casablanca for less than 100 km distance and a non-high speed railway line as the high speed line ends at Kenitra just before Rabat.

    • @yvesthesleeve
      @yvesthesleeve  20 днів тому

      Well, it does not seem better than the Vande Bharat as it was not on top speed on the journey we have taken, it is possible that it has the potential. I do only report what we see and experience, I do not report on what the potential of something might be. But the Alboraq is definitely a good train.

    • @kgargati
      @kgargati 20 днів тому

      @ I understand that your opinion is based on your experience, but as I said the High speed line is only from Tangier to Kenitra. If you plan to visit Tangier later maybe it worth another real high speed experience 320 kmh.

    The reason why its called a bullet train is because it can go over 300km/hr but it usually doesnt. Just like how China's bullet train doesnt go at 400km/hr even though it could at its maxium 😅
