Most of the channels that upload music do so without permission, I am not surprised that it is 90% and it is because they are not for profit or are professionals dedicated to that, they only distribute for personal pleasure to others, nothing more nor less, the other 10% who do in general are the same authors from their official channels, or else from professional promoters who distribute by commissions.
