The first time I rode Countervail carbon, I thought it was just marketing b.s., but I got 500m down the road and had to stop and check that my tyres weren't soft as I couldn't feel the usual road vibration. Is really noticeable through corners too - tracks so much truer. Descending is true and fast as well. Run it with high-tech, supple tyres and it is Wow!.

Are the world Tour teams choosing a certain brand because they feel they are the best for them or are they chosen for commercial reasons ?. I do not recall Bianchi at the 22 tour which is interesting - as I recall Mitchelton Scott using them in '21. The colour I remember is called celeste. I seem to remember Ullrich wearing that jersey awhile ago.
