Amazon rear rack installed on 2022 Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled - No drilling!

- I got this cheap rear rack from Amazon for $18 (normally $60-$90) and expected to have to drill or cut the mounting tabs to make it fit, but I found a trick to make it work without using any power tools.
Graet work, bought one after seeing this but take note - This doesn't fit the 2019 Sled. The fixing points / angles are significantly further apart.
Mine has the same attachment points/angles as the 2019. If you watch the video at the 4:07 mark, you can see I have the bolts on the left side, and I put my foot on the frame while pulling the rack to spread it wider and use my other free hand to get the bolt in place and started.
I can’t promise that all of them are the exact same measurements, but I promise mine didn’t look like it was going to fit either.
@@ADHDiy_Guy Thanks for the reply, I may have a different rack manufacturer here in England, Foot on the frame was never gonna work for this model So I put a car Jack inside it to spread the bars out. 👍🏼 Thanks for the post, I would have given up!
Hi do you have the link for this part?
Let’s see if UA-cam lets me comment a link, here is the Amazon posting for the one I bought but there are a bunch of sellers with the same one.

dang it, it’s. no longer 18 bucks. i would’ve messed with it for that price. oh well
@@spoonf20c I agree that the $18 price point made it a no brainer, but now that I have tested it under load, I would pay $75 for it.
