You are right. Actually, he can destroy his opponents bar so easily, which makes me annoying sometimes. I must admit I like his strong power but I don't like his loop combo. You can look at 06:49 XD, God K9999 almost kill him with his ultimate move but it is eventually useless

Como pode k9999 pisou no rugal e ele deu contra ataque em pé quando ainda estava no chão. Combos infinitos do rugal acertam combos do k9999 não acertam. Por isto não gosto do Rugal sempre mais overpower que os outros.
