What do you have against the Kubota 97, they seem to run the heads pretty well. Look’s like you tons of work in north port. Are you from this area. I’m in srq
Nothing against the Kubota 97. I just have never heard of a single Kubota service department that was even accepted at servicing a forestry machine. Also they are Ormage which is kinda a buzz kill to me and they age quickly compared to CATs as in the paint tends to fade from sun damage and such. The CATs I run have Kubota engines in them but instead of 96 hp I’m running 110. Not a huge difference but enough to impact a purchase. From what I hear a Kubota 97 can be had for under $120k which is interesting considering my 299 cost $150k from CAT.
@@TheTreeShop you can get one now for around $95000. And they do 0% financing. It’s all a dance, and you hope you make good decisions. I’m going with a FAE head for around $35k so with a bucket a grapple and the FAE head in in to for just under $150 k with some upgrades. Have trailer and truck and a excavator. And have customers. At gods speed
Hell yea! FAE makes a nice head. I want to demo their BlackHawk competing head. It looks nice. Join Tree Shop Nation on Facebook if you want to talk shop

@@TheTreeShop cheers will do
Kubota is cheaper than Bobcat, Don't know why those old people hate palmettos so much- they should be eating the berries to help their prostate!
the palm are invasive species like bamboo, that berries are good? are you sure?
Yes berry season is a big thing in Florida. Saw palmettos are harvested and the berries are used to treat prostate cancer.
@@TheTreeShop Very true, I think the government too over the industry and made people pay for the right to harvest them.
