- Alex was excited to pick out first crops in the garden. We made zucchini chips!
Zucchini Chips Recipe
Zucchini
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Thinly slice zucchini and place on parchment lined pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on salt, onion powder, & garlic powder. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm.
