Great build. I followed your plan and made one small adjustment. The center board on the top step - I just rest that in place and below it, in the bones of the structure, I built shelfs to store my hot tub chemicals. So I just use a little hook to pop up the step
Pretty awesome work, dude! 😃 If someone asks how you built it you can just say "it was 2 simple steps!"... 😂 Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Amazing content, thank you for sharing. I have a swim spa. it is slightly taller than I hot tub and want to make this in a 3 step version. is there plans for a three step version?
Just an innocent, non-judgmental observation.....are those brass screws? Here, on the primitive island of Kauai, "deck screws" are weather coated and most likely galvanized...but hey....what do I know.....eh?
I downloaded your plan and made them with a few width and height modifications here ua-cam.com/video/UZ0mo64_aSk/v-deo.html. I added a link to your video. Thanks!!
Really man?! Only reporting the price as less than $200 Canadian, why don’t you include pricing for all your viewers? Just spend a week calling suppliers in every region of every country and get accurate pricing!
Wish I watched this before struggling on building these for a friend yesterday… gonna come back and rebuild them with these plans.
My OCD really enjoys your 3D model walkthrough at the beginning of your videos
Just did this and wrapped it in Trex; looks great!
Those steps turned out great! Nice upgrade.

Email me a pic if u like and I'll post it on my website. I'd love to see it.
Projects with construction lumber always look so much better when you rip everything down to the same width.
Huh?
Well built
Thanks! Mine (width adjusted and wrapped in two tones of Trex) turned out great!
Email me a pic and I'll post it on my website if you want.
nicely done, built like a tank to boot, you could drive the ol minivan onto it and change the oil
Great set of steps. I am going to try to build once I get my hot tub.
Awesome build and I love the angles
Good looking stairs, excellent video as always. Thank you.
I hate doing drywall too but a drywall screwgun makes it slightly less miserable.
Well make and well produced!!!! Subscribed!!!
Great upgrade!
Those look so much better than those horrible plastic steps.
Very cool video! Thanks for sharing!
I have nothing to say really, but I appreciate your content, and wish to help with the yt-algorithms.
Nice work sir 👏.
Solid.
Really nice durable steps😁👍
Very nice!
Well you screwed that 😂 Enjoyable to watch, as always.
Thanks for this. I need to make some…
Nice
I don't know why I liked this... But I did.
Looks very nice!
What is the reason behind ripping boards to smaller width?
Pretty awesome work, dude! 😃

The only thing I would have done different would be to design around the material sizes for less cuts. Otherwise, top job.
Nice! What software do you use for the plans and cut list? Thanks
The diagonal pieces - 12 1/4" ones... What are the angles for that one.
Can you give me the measurements I can’t see them on the pdf thanks
Ok so I have the stairs built, now where are the plans for building a hot tub?
I have those for sale. Only $20,000
be nice to have more detail on the angle cuts.
Free plans on my website.
Can you explain where you used the 2 x 12’s? In the video it appears the largest piece used was a 2 x 10.
I didn't use any 2x12. Download the plans for free on my website.
@@DIYBuilds my apologies . Thank you for the plans . This explains it all. Thank you
Why did you cut your pieces down on the table saw? Can’t they be used as is?
The inner piece is thinner.

Brad did a video short on this! Please check it out. ua-cam.com/video/88cue-LcONY/v-deo.html

Honestly the price shocked me seeing as my new gate cost more.
