Thank you for your review. You solved an issue that two service techs could not resolve. The high heat burner on my range had the wrong knob, so would not stay on when set to high, which was actually low.

How did you like the air fry? Have you used it enough? The difference between the basic model, vs convection and then air fry is like 350usd here. Is the air fry awesome?
Yes I did try the air fry function and it is awesome. This is the difference between regular oven and convection oven,
Convection Bake uses a fan and exhaust system to circulate heat. In contrast, a regular bake does not use a fan. ... When your oven is cooking in convection bake mode, the air in the oven is circulated by a fan, which eliminates “hot spots” and cooks the food much faster.
I believe you want to use convection when cooking meats. You can use it for baking cakes, cookies and whatever else, but you have to watch it. It cooks much faster than regular baking.
If you use the child lock and turn the knobs on the front does it stop the burners from coming on, on the top?
No, child lock doesn't stop the burners from turning on.
I purchased the black stainless and realized it won’t fit. I will be cutting the granite to the proper size and remodel the cabinets. It will be worth it tho.

Does the WiFi control the range top? Can you turn off the burner if you leave home and forget the burner was on?
No, you can't control the range top using wifi only the oven. But, if your away you will know that the range top or oven is on because it will indicate to your Google home app that it's running/on.
Is the bottom drawer a warmer or poofer as well?
No the bottom drawer is not a proofer and it's not a warmer because in the control panel there is no labeled as a " warmer drawer " but personally I used it as a storage drawer.
our oven light is always on. where do you switch it off? There is no switch on the control panel. Thanks
Maybe we have different range model, some range will light on when you open the oven. Ours has light button, so if I want to turn it on while cooking without opening the oven.
Our Samsung Range like yours keeps saying test and it won’t heat up we searched up what that means it says it’s in demo mode and it says look at instructions to fix but when we bought it, it didn’t come with any and now we can’t fix it
We did not experience like that, but if you have user manual try to read it maybe you can find an answer but if there is no user manual, I think you can call the store where you got your stove. like ours when we order the electric range we want the air fry function specific that's why we choose the Samsung range but when it came to our house no air fry function so we call the store and they replace our stove with the air fry function. Sorry just now have time to reply your comment to busy this days gardening staff and cleaning as well :)

I've been using mine for 8 months and YES still workin even the google command. If your worried you can buy warranty good for 5 years so if something happened they will fix it or replaced it.

Yes, this is an all electric range. Also, we had to purchase the cord separately. 🙂

Does the range auto shuts off if reaches high temperature?
No it doesn't auto shut off, only if you set cook time manually it will auto shut off.
My problem is let’s say you have something. The oven you just put in and it’s cooking.
What would you say to Alexa to turn off the oven in exactly 30 min.
Note: I don’t want to set the timer until I put the food in. I know how to set a timer and the temp at the same time but the oven shouldn’t count down the timer while it’s preheating.
Hi , when I turn on the oven using google then preheat to temp. that I want the timer will automatically turn on as will, the default is 1 hour .
So what I did when the oven reach the temp. that I wanted I will say " hey google set the oven timer for example 1 minute, when the timer reach the time that I set for it will automatically shut off. hope this will help you.
@@leytenya hmmm thanks but I use Alexa and when I say “hey Alexa, set the oven timer to x minutes” she simply sets a timer on my Amazon echo. Might need to go google.

I have a range Samsung (Model NE63T8511SS/AA) when the range top burner is turned on it stays illuminated and heats up for only a few minutes then it shuts itself off. Does anyone know why this occurs?
It happened to me as well when I'm using my stainless steamer, it will lit up for few minutes then the lit will disappear. I wasn't thinkin if it was off , so what I always do when it's happen I will turn the knob right or left then back to the position I want then the lit comes on.

First pindutin mo ang bake , roast or air fry or any option you like. Then magpindot ka ng numbers na gusto mong temperature and then press the start. Mag preheat na Po yan.

I just bought one at HD for $850 plus a five-year warrantee to cover power spikes to the brain. Oops...I bought the one without the air fryer/convection.

There is also option to do it manually in the control panel there is numbers that you can set the temperature without Google.
How do I adjust the medium warmth?
Turn on then Press the "level" every time you press that you'll get Low, Medium or High.

Press and hold for 3 second the lock 🔒 button.
How to lock the burners controls knobs?
There is no option to lock the burner knobs, so when you press the lock button it will lock the oven door and also will disable the touch panel.
Ok @Leytenya in America thank you 😊 unfortunately, not being able to lock the burner knobs turns to be very dangerous as they are very sensitive to any touching....

How can I turn the SAB mode off?
We missed around our range to figure it out but we don't have the SAB mode option. Maybe our range is not the same model. Sorry I can't give you an idea how to do it.

Yes still love my oven. The range is very helpful specifically the bread proof function because I'm doing lots of baking.

Mine is stuck in demo mode and the instructions to turn it off are bogus.
Sorry we didn't experience that so I cannot answer your question but you can probably contact the store where you get your range.
It was ridiculous for Samsung engineers to put decals around the knobs. When you clean grease off the stove's control panel, the decals get washed off. We'll never buy another Samsung stove.

So far I don't have any problem with this stove, we got this stove for more than a year.
I like it better than the rusted pos which came with my house, they kept the manual and a printout of the store listing behind (like with all the other 15+ year old appliances) so I gave all that to the buyers. Pretty cool that you can use the SmartThings app to start the oven right through your phone.
