The purpose of this video is only to compare two different coilovers and the result is only our opinion.

how stiff are they? 1-10, 10 being súper stiff and bumpy

It's actually manageable. Id say 6 maybe 7 at most.

They work perfectly fine. Nothing insanely over the top. They ride pretty decent for the price. Definitely can't complain. Just try not to go too low so you don't sacrifice ride quality too much.

I was wondering what the noise was. I put up both in the rear, drove it out, and it makes a rattling noise. I uninstalled, tighetened the top nut down, re-installed them, made sure the adjusting slide was tight, still same issue. Any ideas?

Sadly, everything I thought was the problem, wasn't. The driver's side rear was absolutely terrifying to try and figure out driving back and forth to work. However, I did find after putting it up and down four times torqued and done correctly, that the holes on the top mounting plate were too big for the studs, and that the plate itself was warped. Not only that, but the MaXpeeding rod's threads did not match perfectly with their lower housing. This allowed movement enough to replicate the noise I heard while driving irregardless of what height it was set to. Infuriated, I went ham hard, channelling MacGyver with a roll of aluminum tape in hand. I set about 5 layers of 1/2" x 2" cuts for a top shim, rolled about 8 times around a pencil to thread it through the holes, (sliding these on the studs with the pencil, and then keeping the pencils hanging from the studs to guide the plate through), cut the tape high as I could to the plate and grinded the threads down with a die to get the exess off. That solved the top. The bottom mount? I just slapped a whole piece of aluminum tape on the inside to of the housing to fill the gap and screwed it down. Haven't had a problem since.

      Yep, clean-cut, too.
Not a sliver of tape to be seen.
Thanks for the vid, every bit helps!

Jesus do you not have torque specs for those bolts? You really are sending it. If you use calipers you can get more precise specs

We replaced all the lug nuts later on and torque them. For time being of the video we had to send it though!😈
