I love this song although I don't know Korean at all. I heard Mi's version from Secret Garden and search it online and came across this version. Thanks for the English lyric. I finally understand the meaning. Such a sad song and story. I still don't quite understand the mv fully, but thanks for all the explanations regarding the mv. Reading them help me make more sense of the mv. 4MEN voice is so emotional and touching.
The other photo under his door is from the girl that left. She also said goodbye by slipping the photo under the door instead of saying goodbye to him face-to-face. Hence, to show the meaning of the story they showed both photos in one shot. One is an unrequited love between the man and the lady who works at the hotel. Then the other is between him and the ex-gf who leaves. She is sad for leaving him, he is sad for being left, and she is sad for sorta seeing rejection.

I think that the guy also works at the hotel and his ex-gf came to see him. But for some reason she decides to leave and is super sad (maybe the narration in the beginning is by her?). At the same time, the lady who also works at the hotel who likes him decides to forget him (I think) so she leaves the photo with the words under his door. You can see her walking away from his room door going to the lobby and then she sees the other girl leaving.
