Love this series! It's important to instill healthy and good eating/exercising habits into children from a young age. Can't wait for the next part :) Thanks CNA for yet another great series!
In my school now, I have a chemistry teacher who has his lessons after our recess and he says to the boys in my class who plays Soccer or basket ball:” isn’t recess for resting, not for playing!” And then he would tell them not to play/ exercise during recess
Next CNA should do a video and name it “Getting NSFs to reduce food waste” tons of food gets thrown into the bin and I mean a ton. Probably because cookhouse food sucks 🤷🏻♂️
Ithar is cutest hahah I literally laughed at his words.. TOO CUTE!!! Tutty is such a meme hahaha her facial expression when she heard that 10 teaspoons of sugar is in the fruity drink
You probably dont care but if you're stoned like me atm then you can watch pretty much all of the new movies on InstaFlixxer. Been binge watching with my brother during the lockdown xD
Former PE teacher turned Musician showed that school canteens are selling various bottled teas and isotonic drinks which each has several teaspoons of sugar to primary school students in Singapore... I wonder why he demonstrated so.
Good content. Well done CNA. Btw, it’ll be good to share with the kids a lot of so called healthy options out there have hidden sugar. Those food items aren’t healthy as well, like granola bars, cereals, etc.
‘Stop eating when full’ advice too subjective. Like the meme that goes ‘they say I can have a glass of wine a day but they didn’t say how big the glass should be.
Sort drinks and processed foods are the worst. You have to model the behaviour at home. We keep water in the fridge so they reach for water. Fresh fruit and vegetables are delicious. A lot is just habit. Kids should not be shamed rather motivate them with movement for the enjoyment and if you modify your routine you can easily add a bit of extra exercise each day. Look at food as fuel not good and bad teach a healthy relationship with food is better with balance. It is also possible to look at ways of changing a dish to be healthier such as oven bake rather than fried.
Remember a time in my sec school , they tried to enforce healthier eating, we retaliated coz we found it disgusting. All the bins were full of uneaten food.
(2000 liner) when i was young i didnt waste food... now that im older and have more money to spare, i waste alot of food & by that i mean i would take a few spoons and throw away the rest. the amount of pocket money you have also affects your dietary XD
(1998 liner) I do agree. But nowadays as parents are getting more financial well off, kids are having more money to spend in school, u can see loads of kids eating $5 meal outside school and buying bubble tea.... All this contributes to food wastage and unhealthy living
Ithar..tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet!!..loves they way he talks..so innocent!!!
That’s a nice way to let kids know to appreciate their food

Instant noodles are simply carbs. There is not much bad in the noodles itself as compared to other carbs. It depends what you eat the noodles with.
Don’t get me starts about bubble tea drinks
OMG THE MEMORIES THE NOSTALGIA

What’s ironic is that all my Asian relatives tell me to eat more and become more fatter
