Oil and Gas exploration is not that simple
A fair amount of confusion about terms such as prospect, lead, concept etc.
There is a massive difference between petroleum potential , undiscovered resources , discovered resources and hydrocarbon reserves
There is progression from concept to discovery but there are many hurdles and pitfalls along the way
Unfortunately many media and politicians do not understand these differences
Some “people with agendas” can and do exploit this situation
