I think the idea is that the loop generates much of the revenue for the city. So if the loop is safe and tourists come and spend money, the rest of the city is better off

I'm thankful there is some sort of debate, but how are these candidates supposed to truly express themselves in 60 seconds??
There's only so much time can have for these things. Plus, with the attention span of people these days you pretty much win or lose someone's support within the first 5-10 seconds of your answer anyway. What's the point in having them go on a tangent for several minutes when most of it is just gonna be self glorifying fluff or a dedicated speech attacking the image of the incumbent or other candidates? Would they actually utilize 5 minutes to give a real answer? Or will they just create a more lengthy response that doesn't actually give you the meat and potatoes?

Wilson's the only one who understands that the so-called tactics used to "hold people accountable" are pathetic, and we need to reinstate tough on crime policies.

@@oldsckool6577 he didn’t name a single policy or concrete plan in the entire event. All of the candidates gave solid figures and plans. Wilson just repeated the same couple vague phrases and didn’t directly answer most of the questions he was asked.

There will Be Law Libraries. Available in Each state of all Up to date Laws, if one law gets old then it will be removed from the Law library. Now all Libraries are Free to enter but these Law Libraries will be equivalent to Fitness memberships, It will cost Monthly. The courthouse law Libraries are horrible and with, The new courthouses you won't be able to have A law library.. This way people can Educated themselves on "UP-TO-DATE" Laws. I have always thought the test should be last. Go through the hiring process. If you pass the drug test, background check, fitness and psychology exams. If you get that far, than go to the academy. The end of academy should be a final exam or test. Just my opinion. That's how the airline does it.
