Thanks for doing these videos - started watching during the Melbourne lockdown, was a great way to escape when I couldn't go on long rides myself. Quite like that the pace of the videos matches the pace of the travel; lots of time to enjoy the scenery and sounds.
Well in mate. Thanks for putting the work in to make these videos. It's been a joy to follow them. Where you off to next? Please keep filming, wherever you go. You've got a sofa to sleep on in Germany if you ever make it this far. Cheers
Just came across your series and from your highlights video I saw you came through the Sunshine Coast, I’ve said this more than once watching these cycling trip videos from hard core bike tourers ‘oh if only he/she had a bit of local knowledge’. I know exactly where you were lost and exactly the way you should have gone. Oh well. And also cycling down the Steve Irwin really is a nightmare. If ever you are up this way again a better way to go would be the Old Gympie road, it’s got a bit of rough rugged dirt section for a few k’s but the rest of it is bitumen quiet and nice. Looks like a fantastic trip looking forward to watching some more. Thanks for putting it all together and sharing.
Bike tour turned train tour :))). Did a similar thing myself but actually made a rail bike from my bike and road the railway. Enjoyed the series feel as if you could of chose a more interesting route though there’s some long stretches where u went and missed a few good spots :)) cheers for sharing the journey
I just binge watched (Bitched) the EACT and that was a hell 0f an adventure. My immediate thought was how did you go on re entry to day to day life after that? Good on you for doing it and cheers for making the effort to share.
Just want to say (again) that this series was such a joy to watch!

Guy at the bike shop never seen that problem, because he never met a hard core cyclist traveler. It's nice to see Australia through your camera.
