Sir my father has vast business on flipkart with 3 firms out of which two is gold, usually we had 500-700 orders daily of all three now we have reduced it to 200-300 bcoz they were not able to manage it properly. It is too hectic to manage claims, return , spf claim of breached and manage this , please make a video what is important to know and is the business giving profit and how we can manage and organize it properly
