Thank you so much you guys; I've been trying to get this one for a while.. always made the mistake to cross the street instead of hidding behind those palm trees !
the fakeloo achievement might as well be called, " The Moose 2.0"
So if he spots you, you reload from the checkpoint but this must invalidate the trophy because my second attempt I wasn’t spotted and the trophy didn’t pop.
You're right. You have to quit the game then reload it and redo everything from the interview with Arnett onwards.
@TheLuciferSDevil actually they made it for the pre order copies, not because of running out of space on bluray.
Note: they're playing this on the 360 which doesn't have bluray.
@UL74N after it's downloaded and everything, you go into cases (it's at the main menu), go into Traffic, I think it is, and scroll down for the Case that says "A Slip of the Tongue", and press 'X' if you're on PlayStation, or 'A' if you're on X-Box
@Assassinofgrapes Yes. The Rockstar Pass gets you all the currently available DLC, including all the preorder bonuses, for $10 or 800 Microsoft points. It also gets you two DLC cases that are coming out later.
How i fucking HATE achievements like this, they don`t even save you after the interrogation. 100% missable in first time you playing this case. Even with backaping my save files (PC version of the game) i already sick and tired replaying parts of the missions - with unskippable dialogue it took lot of time to play through and get 5 stars on first attempt.
It is a genre of film, usually in black and white, that involves crime, death and solving mysteries.

@crispinhm i think its a refernce to phoenix wright on wii and ds where there is a character called "detective gumshoe", i think they put it in because he is a detective and in la noire u play as a detective... who knows really though.

it was a movie genre from the 1940s-1950s about dramatic criminal films like that one in black and white with the girl that talks to the guy before going on the plane that is referenced so much
@TOM617069 - Actually, the content's already on the disc. You just download a key to unlock it.

I sort of went across the street and followed him. After that went incognito. Wait for him to cross the street after that hide behind the wall for a second. When he when in the second alley I just ran up to it and after down got the achievement first try.
@TOM617069 Wow where are you bro, if you pre-ordered L.A. Noire from select stores you get either "The Naked City" dlc or "Slip of Tongue". It is also released on the XBL Market and PS store.
I traded this game in towards Infamous 2 since I already beat the game. Just letting you guys know...right now is the best time to trade the game in cause it's worth 30 bucks at Gamestop plus the 50% bonus on all trade ins which makes it worth 45 bucks. But the 50% deal is over now...yesterday was the last day. I only paid 74 cents for Infamous 2 LOL! Got a really good deal :)

I find it so adorable how Geoff is CLEARLY peeved everytime Griffon interrupts him in the intro, but doesn't say anything. They truly are an adorable couple. :3

@godsinferno i know its on 360 but they developed it using the PS3, which im sure you know uses blu-ray. im not going to say that what i said is any more right than what you may have stated but i will only site my source which is the drunk tank podcast(it may not be official but i believe them more than i believe you). and dont worry about my knowledge of the consoles as my ownership of both the playstion 3 and xbox 360 allows me walk both worlds, just like blade i am a day walker.

also this achievement has anoter hidden requirement, u cant cause any damage , like hitting another car or some ihtiung like a ;amp or people, cause i accidently hit a car and didnt get it.
