There's a theory that Terra was revived after the Titans defeated Trigon. Trigon had turned everyone to stone, and when he was defeated, the spell was reversed, meaning it's possible Stone-Terra was reversed too.
As for the amnesia, in the tie-in comics, one issue reveals that the girl really is Terra, and she's faking her memory loss to avoid accepting the truth of all the horrible things she did.

Part of the Secret Formula was revealed in the Bikini Bottom Parade, which reveals it has salt in it. The formula was also seen in “Krabby Road” when Plankton broke the bottle but it was written in gibberish to avoid us finding out what’s in it.

My friends and I were big fans of Ed Edd Eddy when we were kids. We both wondered what Edd might be hiding under that hat. The most popular theory we agreed to was that he probably has an exposed brain. The fact that Double D is such a smart kid in the show might make his big brain visible due to a deformity that caused his brain to be slightly exposed to the world and that he is afraid to be bullied over.

In one SIMPSONS episode, either Patty or Selma is heard making reference to getting something from Harrisburg, the state capital of Pennsylvania. And there IS a Springfield in Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. I've been there: it wasn't that far from where I lived when I lived in the Philly area. Crazier: there isn't a nuclear power plant in that Springfield, but you don't have to go too far away from it to find one (just one county to the north). Of course, that doesn't prove that *their* Springfield is *that* Springfield, but...
Still can't believe we were lied to when Danny Antounuci (or however you spell it) said we'd finally see what was under Edd's hat in Big Picture Show. A funny lie, but still a lie 😂
Technically speaking it wasn't a complete lie as Double D's hat did come off and we saw him without it (though his head was still covered). Plus we have Ed's question of "Does it hurt?" in response to seeing what was under the hat.
For the one about the Flintstones celebrating Christmas, it's actually quite simple. The Flintstones takes place in a post-apocalyptic future. It's confirmed in The Flintstones Meet the Jetsons.

I believe that Springfield is in Oregon. This state has the geographical locations we have seen in the show, like deserts, mountains and it is close go the ocean. But that's just my theory.

@@user-kd7im7hs2jPortland was actually the inspiration for Springfield, a lot of buildings there where replicated on the show (like Springfield Elements for instance). Matt Groening even used street names as character names, like Twillinger and Lovejoy streets
And the thing is, we probably won't know the answer until the series finale (when or if that ever happens), and even then, The Simpsons may still not reveal the answer
On the Krabby patty secret recipe i personally refer to the fact the creator himself used to be a fry cook at a restaurant on little cranberry island in Maine and that restaurant had a secret ingredient they closed bur the secret was old bay seasoning its so probably something like that as the krusty krab and mr Krabs are exaggerated versions of it and the now retired owner
And with 4 bill was invoking a inderdimentonal god thats a giant axolotl (the god shows up in a book thats exta material for the series) it reincarnated him we don't know where there's two fan theories king from owl house or stan himself the creator pefers the latter

9. Yeah even in the first series there was little to no origin of how Spike the dragon came to be. So I guess they decided to not to give FIM Spike any real origin before he was hatched.
6. My assumption with how Terra was freed was because of the season taken place before it. When Trigon took over the planet and turned everyone but the Titans to stone, Raven used her powers to restore the world and the people, and perhaps that restored Terra to flesh and blood. Whether she really has her powers and is faking amnesia is another story.
3. To this day I still wonder what Double-D was so afraid of to keep it hidden under a hat.

I know this is kinda irrelevant but I remember watching some of these when I was a kid. Especially SpongeBob SquarePants, good times… good times.
The gravity falls one was answered in a comic I believe. The axolotl referred to is a God figure that Bill basically asked for reincarnation. The axolotl basically stated that Bill would return but he would no longer be Bill in form or mind. Or something like that
I feel that the Springfield mystery is simple... the town moves from state to state for many reasons, Season 9s Trash of the Titans references this and it makes sense cause several Springfield mainstays seem to be in different parts of the city, The Simpsons home and that geography of rooms make this belivable
There's a lot of things on Spectacular Spiderman that never got resolved.

The one mystery that has always kept me up at night since I was a kid has always been what’s underneath Double D’s hat in Ed, Edd n’ Eddy.
I don’t know if it’s an example of the Mandela effect for me personally or what but I distinctly remember is that one night when I was a little kid around the time of the first or second season that we actually got a glimpse of it.
It was that his head had a curve shape to it and three strands of hair and shaved like a mixture of Ed and Eddy’s hair.
Could just be me, but it felt so real. I wasn’t dreaming. Series greater Danny Antonucci did say there was one episode that has never been seen because it was, “Too real”

Actually, she was revived by Raven when she was White Raven to destroy her father and return Earth back to normal and free everybody turned to stone. Terra used up all of her power to save Jump City and after she was revived, she knew she never wanted to look back on the life she had before and with this second chance of life she wants to live like a normal girl.

Another unresolved plot thread in a animated series would be the Origins of Sari Sumdac from Transformers Animated. While it is known that she was a unique protoform that ended up in Isaac Sumdac’s lab 8 years prior to Team Prime’s awakening on Earth and absorbed some of his DNA to create a techno-organic Alt-Mode for itself, it was never revealed HOW the protoform ended up in that lab in the first place, where/who it originated from or why it looked much different from all the other Cybertronian Protoforms seen throughout the show (which all looked more like the ones from Beast Wars).
Had TFA got its planned Season 4 it could’ve been further explored, but as of now, only two people can say they know for sure & tragically one of them (designer Derrick J Wyatt) had passed away to a heart attack a few years ago while the other (the lead writer) remains tight-lipped in case Hasbro ever decided to allow such a continuation to happen (though he claims he’ll reveal the origin if someone else ever get extremely close to figuring it out themselves).

Double D (Ed Edd & Eddy) hat is originally just an inside running joke of the creator's childhood friend that always wore a hat (similar) and they would joke about his hair and head shape. They originally were going to reveal that Edd was hiding a lump from a dodgeball incident. It was supposed to be one of the last episodes of the series where they do flashbacks and Edd finally taking off his hat

I had a theory on Tera when Raven stood up to her father and the people he turned to stone restored and by accident she got restored and instead of coming back she decided to life a normal life.
Looking into Springfield’s location, I’m just surprised towns called Shelbyville do exist and two of them border a Springfield, in different states, away from each other. So I guess that’s something?🤷🏻♂️
about the Krabby Patty formula, it was the secret formula and it is a "crab." krabby patty was created using a crab meet and since mr krabs is the only crab in the bikin bottom you might know what it means.

RE #1: He did a Film Theory where he showed Springfield is in Oregon. Not only because of certain elements mentioned in the show (existence of a state tax, etc.), but also because several characters are named for streets in Portland, Oregon.
