It's Rhythm Doctor! It's a one-button rhythm game. The premise is that beats move down the heart monitor, and on the seventh beat, right before one hits the heart, you press space to catch it. Of course, it gets a bit more complicated than that, as you can see, but that's the base idea. Very good game, would recommend. There are a lot of crazy visual effects, and the gameplay has a surprising amount of depth for just one button.
Yeah, the volume in some of my older levels was a bit off. Recently, I went back and fixed that in all my old levels, so if you check out the playable version on Rhythm Cafe, it should sound better!

What's these up arrows for?
Arrow click. It's a gimmick. Arrow up + high click SFX = double the row's speed, arrow down + low click SFX = halve the row's speed.
