- The Alexandra Magistrate's Court heard that Johannesburg English teacher Kirsten Kluyts was pregnant at the time of her death. The 34-year-old had been participating in a running event in the Sandton area when she went missing.
Bafana Mahungela, who maintains his innocence, is in court in connection with the murder. The 21-year-old Varsity College student faces charges of pre-maditated murder, robbery and rape.

How can he strip a deceased, that is not what ordinary innocent people would do? On top of that wear the deceased’s clothes. I suspect he has done this before.

The statement of mahungelwa of not pleading guilty for allegedly premeditated murder could be investigated...and the truth if the matter be discovered. The state should continue with digging and the culprit will be arrested.Let the law apply its minds . Where is the husband,family and friends..did she never had any quarrels with anyone. Maybe if they interview some of them the dots might match.

It's possible that he was scared since he realised he touched the body. DNA evidence should clarify this.

He took the clothes off because he knew his prints are on her clothes ,he took off the clothes to dispose of the evidence ,this boy even wore the clothes ......think about that ,I dont think he innocent, he commit a crime and his lawyer is telling him to stick to a story so he isnt convicted
@@harmonyndlovu4866 I hear you Gatsheni, it's just that the way he describes a dead body is convincing because at know point does he described any movement of the body, I'm assuming a person who's guilty would've at some point mentioned a movement or pulse , last breath etc. This body seems to have been thrown there. The lady had long passed on. Take note of the fact when a person just died, the are movements and force , he does not have any sign of mark or scar to prove that their was a fight. But let's wait and see
@@silindokuhlendlovu1330I think it's the story that his lawyer is telling him to stick to ,he touched the boy 7 times ,if the person had been dead for a while u could see and smell a dead body ,a dead body gives of odours,look at his eyes he doesnt seem innocent, and he kept quiet for a month till the police came and arrested him, he wasnt gonna report the crime scene if the police did not come and arrest him, think about it

Simply, this is a serial killer. How do you steal and wear clothes, from a person you have just murdered.Anything he own, from toothbrush, shoe, clothing, beddings, watch, phone, are from murder victims.
The problem is that this guy Mahungela has a history of stalking women I saw this video of the lady he stayed with at his complex where he wanted to force his way in her house then beat up the women's boyfriend. and another thing is that if you new the person was dead you'd be scared to even touch them unless you are the one that did it then it is easy for you to touch the body. why would you wear the dead person's clothes really? the state of his mind is also not right really.. he must be checked upon. But I still say that even if there is a saying that says not guilty until proven guilty this did kill this lady to get rid of the evidence perhaps should the lady been able to recognize him and report it to the police that what he was scared of that is why he killed her...he must be convicted this guy this is a very clear case and he is fabricating everything he says.

my question to all the emotional judges what do you think will be your reaction say for instance you are in a taxi seated to a stranger and the next thing you realise its a dead body...would you panick?, scream?, shout?, etc.... my take is the moment this boy realised this is a dead person his reactions were out of panick, in essence we cannot rule away that reasonable man's test wouldnt solelty apply when in panick mode...lets give the courts time to prove him guilty and the same with him the onus is with him to prove otherwise...the rest we just basing our decisions merely on assumptions..
