The costume looks incredible and I got a lot of great ideas from the video.
The only realy oversight I see is not covering the sides of the cardboard antennas on the helmet with tape. It's really easy and makes it look a lot better.

With the helmet you could've added fishing line on the wing parts at the chin so they both go down at the same time when you pull it

I think that he did a good job for being there his first time, but I think he should have made the colors better by either getting darker colors or distressing the fabric. For example the helmet the blue he used a bright blue. He think that he sort of did the bare minimum and he should have painted the duct taped circles

Wouldve been super helpful if you listed how much fabric you used, so we dont buy too much or too little
Valen, I just bought my fabric to make this for my son, who is 6 ft 1". I got 1.5 yds of black vinyl, probably 2 yds would be a safer bet. (I found a black leather vest for him- at a thrift store- I'm using as a base for the costume, which I turned around so the back of vest is the front of Thor's armor. Just had to cut the leather so he didn't get choked by the neckline!) I got 3/4 yd. of brown/ dark red vinyl for the belts and accents. I haven't bought the fabric for the cape yet, but I think 1.5 yards of 45" wide fabric would be plenty for a 6 foot tall guy. His cape only comes to his knees. Also, I recommend e6000 to glue the pieces together, not hot glue. you have to do the gluing in stages, but it holds much longer & it stands up to heat, water, etc.

Yo use una remera negra y con cuerina y relleno de algodón hice los pectorales y el abdomen, y atrás cuerina negra. Para los sostenes de la capa usé bases de latas de maíz de conserva. Para la capa, use un vestido viejo y la ensucie con pintura negra. Para los pantalones unos de cuerina negro y lo escribí con acrílico rojo. Quedó espectacular, para el brazo cuerina y porcelana fría celeste pegado a una botella. No he gastado ni un centavo. Todo los materiales habían sido comprado en otra ocasión ya casi sin uso jajaja
