    I've recently got the crown 309mj with the .35 rubber. I really like it. How does the stiffness compare to the Fanta stick? Because the crown also has a spring in it.

      @EddieYang  6 років тому +1

      The stock Fanta rubber is 55 and the Crown 35 with the spring both are equivalent in stiffness.

      Zype Shifty ジコ just drill a 35mm hole on it.

      It also has 6ms lag which adds up, i am terrible when it comes to modding anything at all including drilling

    .35 grommet with crown 309mj is fantastic

    • @EddieYang
      @EddieYang  6 років тому +1

      LastGambit it is and prob the best for Crown since the spring helps out a lot.

      This is exactly the stick I use. I really like it. I will buy a Fanta tho and mod it into my other stick using a step drill. Will see which one I like more.

    Sorry but what is that black collar for on the sticks? I don't think my Victrix can fit those levers because of that big collar.

    I'm a complete newbie with sticks. And i've been wanting to give a korean lever a try. Which grommet would you recommend? I've been considering a 45g but im afraid it might be too stiff; but at the same time i dont want a loose-ass stick

    • @EddieYang
      @EddieYang  6 років тому +1

      Kirk Agcaoili yeah it’s depends if your gonna get a Myoungshin Fanta like the above video or a Crown. For me personally, the 45g for the Fanta is too soft. And 45g for Crown 309 is too stuff due to having a spring.

      Ohhhh i didnt know the crown had a spring. looks like im picking up a crown 35g then. thanks man!

    Dang you play on a 55g tension? I can't imagine lol

    • @EddieYang
      @EddieYang  6 років тому +2

      Bludika Yes the stock Myoungshin Fanta comes with 55 tension. It isn’t as stiff as it seems lol. And playing anything above 55 is unnecessary.

    I hear a lot of people say the Fanta Myoungshin is superior to the 309mj, i can’t decide if it’s worth drilling a hole for it or not, how big is the stock stiffness difference?

    • @EddieYang
      @EddieYang  5 років тому +2

      You can buy a Golden Collar at Focus Attack and install it in your Japanese fightstick. No need to drill a hole anymore. Save yourself the hard work as I did once before lol.

      Eddie Yang ooh I totally missed that!
      Thanks for the tip, thats the way I’ll go.

    Is easier hit diagonals with crown compared to Fanta and sanwa?

    • @FGCJuulz
      @FGCJuulz Рік тому +1

      all have there learning curve , but in honesty KL are better for wave dashing kbd etc , sanwa great with directions those quarter or full circles . but if you master either those cons disapear

    Hello, if i use a 45a grommet for my crown will it reduce the lifespan of my switches?? I Mean you need more force in order to activate the switches when you have more tension right?? TIA :)

    • @EddieYang
      @EddieYang  5 років тому

      Mark Perez nope that will not make a difference. If the switches goes bad, it goes bad lol. You can prob replace the parts inside it but you might as well just buy new ones unless you have extra parts lying around.

    Crown levers are superior because they don't rely on springs in order to spring back into neutral. They rely on rubber silicones in order to spring back into neutral.

    • @MrCommentingGuy
      @MrCommentingGuy 6 років тому +9

      crown levers have a spring attached to the silicone grommet. Fanta's come with thick rubber grommets.
