This video is really informative. There are indeed many places you can get affordable houses in Birmingham. The most important thing is getting somewhere that you can easily access your work place and is also close to city centre. You are indeed doing a great job.
See how you’re looking sparkoly (in my daughter’s voice😂) Good content sis, you covered all the good places in Birmingham, indeed it’s only God that protects. Well done sis.
Longbridge is the best place in my opinion. Totally redeveloping into a really cool place. Just go to Herberts yard on a sunny Saturday and take a look. Shelly Oak is awful btw. Might as well call it China town.

Walsall is a very cool place..(Its always gives me GRA /Estate vibes) I'm not sure if I could stay anywere else🙈..Its extremely serene and peaceful in comparison to the hussle and bustle of the the city centre. The only disadvantage sometimes is the job opportunity as it pays the most for those who are mobile😒
Walsall is not in Birmingham is a district ad council area completely separate from Birmingham. Don't confuse the two just because their accent might sound similer
Walsall has not got a City Centre as it is not a City just a Metropolitan Town, it is Birmingham and Wolverhmpton that have City Cetres and Walsall is not a part of either City.

all parts of Birmingham have their good sides and bad sides, Solihull and the areas you mentioned have been targeted for car thefts and other crimes, but areas that are looked down on can have lovely streets and neighbours, its best to go to the area and look at the streets nearby to where you plan on renting
@@ijayokey yes, some parts of the areas you mentioned are called no go areas because gangs are all over Birmingham, people have been stabbed in Acocks Green, Birmingham live website is good to look at for local crime information
@@marktaurus206 So where did you get that idea from, you definately do not live in Birmingham and like people who a negative about Birmingham you have been watching to many youtube video's. I have live in Birmingham for 69 years and there are no so called " No Go Areas" unlessyou are in a gang which goes for any City. So you say people have been stabbed in Birmingham, but nothing has been in the local news to say so, so people have been stabbed in Moss Side and Londons East End and there are no more racist people in Birmingham than any where else and Birmingham is one of the most tolerent Cities in the UK.
I want to let you know that you are doing a great job with your videos I'm currently in the UK I found your videos so helpful and informative, I will be moving to Birmingham by next month. I hope to see you
You missed Sutton Coldfield . It is the poshest part of Birmingham and Sutton Park is the largest urban park in the UK. The Sutton Coldfield suburb of Four Oaks is the safest place in the whole of Birmingham. There is a massive shortage of council housing in Birmingham as in the rest of the UK, you need to register with the council then bid on each property , the waiting list is long.
Sutton Coldfield is very racist area like many areas are in Birmingham are segregated with divisions locals are very unfriendly and older generations in Birmingham are very racist and not tolerant.
It’s the ummmmm for me 😂 yes oo I love this video Oya let’s watch ooo…. Are council house’s eligible to everyone ?? Especially those on tier 2 ? Heard a lot about that jewelry quarter but it’s expensive oo love love this video well detailed ❤are you serious I heard that it’s a village oo I mean solihull 😮
No, council houses aren’t eligible to everyone. If you are on tier 2 its highly unlikely you will be eligible as you are not able to claim benefits/government funds and council houses are provided by the local council via government funding.
@@Cavallibabe if you don't pay the rent for the council property you live in you will be evicted. if you or someone living in the council property with you commits a crime the police will inform the council and they will evict you. If you don't decorate the property or if it's cluttered or disorganised they will evict you. You have no freedom in them. You don't get a council house for free. Don't get it confused
Boring areas like most areas of Birmingham are boring, and people are old fashioned, and many are not friendly locals are backwards and uneducated people are miserable in Birmingham.
Unfortunately, you have focused on one half of the city. You left out desirable areas such as Sutton Coldfield, Erdington, Castle Bromwich, Castle Vale, bromsgrove, Sheldon, Yardley, Hall Green etc... Just to mention a few. The best way to have a good view of Birmingham is to follow Bus 11A and 11C full circle.
If you had listened well, you'll hear when I said the places I mentioned is from personal knowledge and experience and asking people I know that reside in these areas
Please ensure you do due diligence before making such videos in the future. It wouldn't hurt to have done some more research before coming out. Some people may not be able to read between lines and will just take whatever you have said, hook line and sinker!
Erdington and Sheldon are shitoles, Bromsgrove isnt in Birmingham it's in Worcester, Sutton Coldfield is racist middle class there, Yardley is full of Asians who hate black people the other areas are ok
