Two ingredient donuts (aunt Jemima hack)

How to make donuts but “donut” follow the instructions on the back of the box of Aunt Jemima’s pancake complete mix. You’ll be surprised at the results. All you need is a box of aunt jemima and some sour cream.
2 cups aunt jemima pancake complete
1.5 cups sour cream
1/8th tsp nutmeg. Optional
Mix ingredients just until it forms a soft dough. Do nut over mix and cover with plastic wrap and let rest for a half hour. Once rested roll out on a floured surface and cut out desired donut shape. Deep fry at 350F until golden brown and glaze or toss in cinnamon sugar
For the glaze
500 grams powdered sugar
150 grams melted butter
Approximately 8 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla
For cinnamon sugar
2 cups granulated white sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

How much water do you use in the glaze?

Please use milk! I used just about 1/4 cup to all that sugar. You can add less for a thicker glaze or more for a thinner glaze.
