As a Iraq veteran and retired paramedic I would like to thank you for your support of us. It has been an honor to have served my country and community. Keep up the videos brother, love the content.
I am also a veteran of the US Navy, and have been considering building an LS Miata. Your videos have been extremely informative, and I appreciate your support. Thank you sir
As a veteran, I really appreicate you giving us support. love watching you tune. Wish I lived closer so I could get you to tune my z28 lol keep up the great videos
Thanks for the shot out to us veterans! It means more than you think! Anytime you guys see anyone in uniform either military or your everyday street cop please thank them for thier service! It means alot.....big ups!
Jeremy your channel is my new favorite. Retired Disabled Marine veteran here. Thank you for the kind words! I'd love to get your help tuning my BMW someday! Lol
As an EMT with a 1999 nb Miata it’s pretty awesome looking at all of the cars you own and tune. This one holds a special place in my heart though 😁 one day I’ll have my own v8 nb!
Pro Tip: Change the FOV on your gopro off of Wide so you don't get that fisheye look, and it will make the frame look much better. Hero 4 change from W to M, and if you're using a Hero 5 or 6 change it from Wide to Linear. Or keep in on wide and just use the zoom slider to play around with a better look.
MORE OF THE MIATA!! I have a LS swapped 98 S14 that I've been building for SEMA and Pikes Peak. "main goals" but will be a road course car. This was all awesome information that I feel not enough people get. Thank you for all the hard work you put in to these videos!
Thanks for sharing! A lot of tuners are tight lipped about anything car related. I really enjoyed it. I had no idea you give so much support to vets and first responders, that’s awesome! I’m a huge fan of motorsports, an Army vet, I’d give just about anything for a ride along on a road course, I’ll be paying close attention for that one. Congrats on the new channel’s success. Keep cranking out the vids!
This is the kinda video that I really enjoy. Watching dyno vids is ok but I really enjoy knowing about different builds and the different struggles of the builds. Great vid 👍
I used to not like spoilers and other aero because of the hot boy reputation, then I actually needed aerodynamics and love it just as much as any engine mod. If it works, I like it.
It's funny how anti-wing most people became over the last several years, to the point where people are actually taking them off of stock lambos that came with them (Jay Lenno) because it was the thing to do at the time. I believe that they got their bad reputation way back when everybody was putting them on Civics and Integras. But yeah they look great on some cars and actually do help traction too if you have RWD. Also I learned that spoilers are for separating airflow from going down the trunk, like those flat wings that drag cars have, or the tiny lip on the trunk that some stock road cars have. This reduces drag. And a wing is for downforce.
Its only rice on cars that have 0 engine mods. Most old show cars were all out added weight on bags and than you pop the hood to see a dirty bay. Just like pimp my ride. Then people confused race cars with show cars and all aero got a bad name when its pretty easy to tell what's what
Jeremy you are cool as hell man. I hope your channel takes off great. The information and knowledge you share is awesome and you put a cool spin your own taste on it. Thanks for making another great car channel to follow. Adds a nice variation
I'm so happy to hear that you're into road courses Jeremy! Drag racing is ok, but there's more than enough of it on youtube. Keep us up to date with your experiences!
Good vid. The rear diffuser will create added down force the steeper it is to a point but the air flow will become detached if its too steep which will effectively stall the diffuser and it will be be doing nothing. If the bumper is not structural it will also just deform it under load rather than transfer the down force. Down force is a science in of itself and not easy at all!
Veteran also , I got a 91 Miata , you talk me out of putting a 305 into it. But I will clean up the bottom like you said. It is very unstable at 100 plus. Thanks
Look at the wing on the T1 GTR, it has springs on the back mount and a hinge on the front of the wing. The faster you go, the more air pushes on the wing and the wing flattens. The rusult is a lot of downforce at slow speeds but you do not over-produce downforce at high speeds. It is a genious design
+1 on the the rear end gear ratio. I went with a 3.00 on my RWD project. Plenty of power/torque plus a tight gear ratio trans didn't need anything more.
the original z06 is the purest and best imo, kudos for supporting those who serve both civilian and armed forces, and dog party was pretty awesome too.
A quote from my good friend Ron Underwood that I'll probably never forget "Why buy one when you can spend twice as much money making one that won't look as nice?!" ... Love the project... Love the car! Love the videos!
These videos are all I have these days. Jump outta planes, it'll be fun they said. Compress your spine, it'll be even MORE fun they said.... These videos keep me going and for that I thank you.👊🏻👊🏻 Keep em coming!
Hey Jeremie, would you please do a video walkthrough while tuning a car. Show some live examples of exactly what you're doing while tuning it, and what you're thinking would be really coool @ Fasterproms
Fasterproms did you do the underbody and defuser yourself? I can't find anyone local to me that knows what they're doing, I wouldn't mind driving down there to have one built, I actually have a place in clearwater to crash
About cost: It's a good idea to sit down, make a list of what you want, and spend the time to price it all out BEFORE you buy the first part. That's how I found out my upcoming B16B swap/total revamp after sitting 14 years CRX will cost me a little north of $8K.
I see you have already reinforced your rails underneath for that trans mount. You might consider making something of a "butterfly brace" that will fit your current configuration. If you look up Miata butterfly brace, you'll see what I mean. That should tighten up the chassis quite a bit. And if you're really after good aero, take a look at Miata fast back kits. That'll give you some good ideas.
Hey Jeremy, check out blackbird fabworx for your rear spoiler setup. They make some really neat lexan spoilers that tie into the trunk of Miatas. Love the car, can't wait to see more footage of it in action.
That "I want you to make some power" shirt is Sick I have never ordered anything from Cletus, but I'm about to head over and get myself a Jeremy shirt.
Fantastic build! Quick question- obviously deleted stock brace from trans to the differential due to swapping in V8 goodness, what other bracing did you do to the car?
After your explanation of why you wanted this for a personal build, it should be called "Elixir." The definition fits what this will do for you in your spare time, and what this can do for your UA-cam channel.
I'd look into removable aero that you can install for track days but remove when on the street. Jack Olsen has employed this on his 72' Porsche 911, if you are looking for inspiration.
I'm surprised you used that plantaion bar to tie tranny and rear end together. I used frame rails that goes over your exciting frame. And rhen you can make tour own tranny mount and bracket. It worked so much better. And yes a wing does help on the down force. Especially going around the turn coming out of a straight away.
Do you have any oil pressure issues when pushing it hard on the road course like Motor Trend's LS3 240SS ran into when Randy Pobst had it on the Streets of Willow?
Yayyyyyyyyy! I helped with the build on the car and thank you, Jeremy, for using my photos. Any chance I could supply you new ones with my current watermark?
Is there any reason you haven't done any sort of mid pipe? I think a back to back dyno of as setup like this without and then with a midpipe would be pretty cool
That's the thing about swaps ... they will nickel and dime your pocket book to death. Something you definitely need to be aware of when you do the deed.
As a Iraq veteran and retired paramedic I would like to thank you for your support of us. It has been an honor to have served my country and community. Keep up the videos brother, love the content.
Mike Honeycutt thank you for your service
I am also a veteran of the US Navy, and have been considering building an LS Miata. Your videos have been extremely informative, and I appreciate your support. Thank you sir
Awesome video Jeremy , I really like your Miata
Also being a Marine Veteran , I appreciate the support that you give us Veterans
I really like the video but to be honest the dogs at the end made it really awesome thanks Jeremy
As a veteran, I really appreicate you giving us support. love watching you tune. Wish I lived closer so I could get you to tune my z28 lol keep up the great videos

shut up meg. we came for the car.
I honestly like wide view
I didn't even notice.

I loved dragging your old c6 zo6.... Great video! Miata is looking awesome!
LOL
Fasterproms idk why I think the nb's look like mini c6 Corvettes lol.
Lol Matt, what's up...
Look like A mini viper.
Thanks for sharing! A lot of tuners are tight lipped about anything car related. I really enjoyed it.

Old Devil Dog you! Shout out from a Navy Vet (OEF/OIF) 👍🏽 keep up the good contents!
Ducktail spoiler would look sick!
Huge thank you for the Vets shout out! Looking forward to coming back to the states soon!
Watching from Iraq! This is motivation to get back on my project. Doing an LS1 FC between deployments. I’m not too far from you in pasco county FL
I'm a pretty hardcore non-ls swap guy. In fact I grew up with Ford's, but this project looks really tempting for really not that much money
You're killing it Jeremy! This is an awesome/entertaining/educational channel!
Jeremy you are cool as hell man. I hope your channel takes off great. The information and knowledge you share is awesome and you put a cool spin your own taste on it. Thanks for making another great car channel to follow. Adds a nice variation

From a LEO in Jacksonville, thanks for the kind words! I am looking forward to building a v8 Miata one day!
Epic shirt. Gonna buy one this weekend. Thank you for supporting our troops Jeremy!
NICE EDITING FOR A NEWBIE!!! A little trick is to use a lettering app on your stills so people don't know it's imovie from the font. LOVE THE DOGS!
So glad the flying kick is in the Intro!!! Enjoyed the extra editing sprinkle touch you put on `er too. Great video man, please keep it up!
A quote from my good friend Ron Underwood that I'll probably never forget "Why buy one when you can spend twice as much money making one that won't look as nice?!" ... Love the project... Love the car! Love the videos!

love the air induction. i see a lot of "builds" that fail to address air intake temps and just slap a filter next to the motor and call it done
About cost: It's a good idea to sit down, make a list of what you want, and spend the time to price it all out BEFORE you buy the first part. That's how I found out my upcoming B16B swap/total revamp after sitting 14 years CRX will cost me a little north of $8K.
Noticed that Cadillac is still in the shop.. what’s wifey driving right now? Awesome video! Can’t wait to see a track day video!
new shirts are sick jeremy!

Awesome video! I'd like to say, once you have most/ all things done with that car, you should see if hoonigan would show it off.
Hey Jeremy, check out blackbird fabworx for your rear spoiler setup. They make some really neat lexan spoilers that tie into the trunk of Miatas. Love the car, can't wait to see more footage of it in action.
I wish I had one of those ride cruising in the back than just flooring it must give you a smile
Great in-depth break down of the mighty miata!!
Love the radiator placement. Any more info on how that was accomplished?
I agree the flat panels are best. Have you thought about when you get that wing putting vortex generators, if there’s no aero on the top?
If you don't like the look of a big wing, look into the blackbird fab works spoiler for the Miata.
Holy Moses u actually talk good to hear from u. Great job with your channel hopefully we get to c u tune cars in the future good luck.
nice thing about the high rear ratio is the bigger pinion. would love a 2.1:1 let the engine scream against that.
Super cool you keep us vets in mind! Respect brother
Awesome video! Your production value has gotten awesome!!!
Love the video guys ,I'm wondering what you might do to a stock 5.3L V8 with AFM in a 2008 GMC Sierra crew cab SLT 4x4
Going to turbo my 05 denali soon.
Might need to get it touched by God when the speedzone 240 is back up and ready :)
you rock one best tuners ever seen.keep up the great work
That thing is sick. I'd be interested in a splitter for a miata if you end up selling one.
Awesome vid Jeremy! Any chance you could do a cost breakdown of the swap?
Dang, hop action in the intro with Holly?! Dominated man.
That shirt design is awesome!
Keep up the good work Jeremy, would love to see more Drive time with the Miata.
Jeremy, your videos have been great right out of the box but the doggo clips seal the deal Happy Birthday Pup!!
After your explanation of why you wanted this for a personal build, it should be called "Elixir." The definition fits what this will do for you in your spare time, and what this can do for your UA-cam channel.
Car looks and sounds great Jeremy. What tires are you running?
Mr. Power dropping knowledge! Watching these videos makes me think you are really over Cleetus' crap. You seem like you are in such a better mood lol
The sound of the engine, wow!!
Top of the line content brother! Keep the vids comin!!!🙌🏽
This is a great video! I love the information. Well spoken, I learned a lot!
You are awesome man. Love the car , channel and content. Keep up the good work Sir.
Wow your channel blew up congrats brother
Love the car I just finished my build I have a ls1 swapped solstice
Shirt looks awesome. The other hand should be sprinkling in some timing.
Great video and lot of awesome info, but how in the world did you get those pups to sit in those chairs.....👍
Some gold heat wrap would look good on that intake.
I'd look into removable aero that you can install for track days but remove when on the street. Jack Olsen has employed this on his 72' Porsche 911, if you are looking for inspiration.
That is one sick ass Rollerskate
Congrats on your channel my man 🤘🏼
I guess Cleetus wasn't joking when he said Holly was upstairs at a birthday party. Lol!
Holy crap so excited u started a channel! 👍 subbed! And thanks Cletus!
"I want you, to make some power" hahha mint jeremy!
Yo! Your hommie in the passenger seat looking happy amazed
Thanks for your support! AF 2W1
What are you using for rear end in this car? What's the diff/axles out of, etc?
Great over view or the build can't wait for more videos
The shirt is legendary!!!
Look up Joe Fisk for the front splitter. Hands down the best
Hey Jeremy are you able to build a motor from the ground up
What diffuser are you running on the rear? Love the build
Brandon Lehman if i remember correctly its from a lotus elise
THAT INTRO!!!!!!
Do you have any oil pressure issues when pushing it hard on the road course like Motor Trend's LS3 240SS ran into when Randy Pobst had it on the Streets of Willow?
Blucifer is the name of the evil horse statue that's outside of Denver International Airport. Check it out! Still a good name for the miata
2:45 Literally me as I was watching this video on the can 😂
Yayyyyyyyyy! I helped with the build on the car and thank you, Jeremy, for using my photos. Any chance I could supply you new ones with my current watermark?
Email them to us, or dropbox. Whatever you want us to use
Jeremy knows so much its insane.
Is there any reason you haven't done any sort of mid pipe? I think a back to back dyno of as setup like this without and then with a midpipe would be pretty cool
Hell, even doing an LS into a car that had an LS is turning out to be expensive, I can imagine what all those swap parts ended up costing
That's the thing about swaps ... they will nickel and dime your pocket book to death. Something you definitely need to be aware of when you do the deed.
as Matt Farah wisely put it, have a budget in mind...then double it
awsome how much cost total build?
