My boss would kill me for making it look that nice! 😂 do you every experience problems with vibration in large plates? We tried to use carbide drills to decrease cycle time but we started to break them because of the vibration.
Well thank you. Production took about 24 hours +/- 3 hours. The bending of the plate was max 0.05 mm. It was within tolerance. The material was already annealed
Haha, I like the ever present comparison with Swiss cheese. But let me tell you: out of the literally thousands of cheese brands we produce only the minority really has (large) holes. Most have only small bubbles or none at all. Anyway, the reference is comprehensible.
Iv machined 100s of press plates like this the main issue I see here is stress , taking so much material out of a steal plate I promise u it will twist ! Did u not realise the clamps an shim ? If not u will find the bored 4 Conor holes might not line up !? We get round this by getting the holes rough burnt or water cut , then send the plate for stress relief reskim ( top an tail ) then finish the part 👍🏻
how many hours do you spend processing this plate? I work with similar jobs. has done so for 20 years, but uses other processing methods, short tools, conventional milling, solid carbide for fine milling, I would make this plate in about 10 hours, with programming and milling
Nemá to nič spoločné z rovinosťou. Len čím dáš väčšiu frézu tým to viac chveje, stŕpa. Teraz to už bolo na hranici. S tým vrtákom súhlasím ale nemáme. Ale máme pekný kalendár...🙂
@@CncFrezar Kazdej dela jinak, ja bych dal sest 50mm podlozek (spony by pekne padali dolu, 4 upinky a nevybrovalo by nic, nedavam otacky podle nejake tabulky ale podle usi, program bych si napsal sam na masine do 30minut. Na te plotne neni nic tezkyho ze by na to bylo potreba CAM. Ty velky diry byli nejak 106mm, predvrtal bych je platkovym vrtakem, pak bych dal 63mm frezu S2500 F10000. Ale jinak pekna plotna =)
i love this bridge mill!!!!
Good jobmilling in video. Thanks a lot!
ty tepelný upínače jsou fakt hustý
very good job

Super cheese video!!! 🧀
I like see on water, fire and miling)
How long was the actual machine time and how much distortion was experienced from stress relief? Great video, thanks!

excellent friend your work. What is the purpose of using that job?
Greetings from Argentina.
Hi. It is the base plate of the tool for leveling aluminum castings.
first tool. is that a countersink or a 142° drill?
Hm wonder what this plate is gonne be use for, some sort of molding fixtures?
It is the bottom plate for the leveling tool for aluminum castings

Show us to programming.
Can you put your parameters every cutting tools you used?
Thanks from 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Hi friend. In the future, I will make a video of programming a simple part. With this record, the video would be awfully long.
@@CncFrezar im looking forward to it. Iwant to learn more in programming. Teach us please and give us some technique. Guide us. Thanks a lot.
děláš na mašině a děláš si sám programy cad/camu? Klobouk dole!
Ahoj. Áno je to lepšie lebo keď ti frézuje stroj tak popri tom si robíš ďalšie programy poprípade môžeš si to upraviť keď to nejde ako má.
Why didn't you use a carbide 4 flute end mill for finishing the contours? Would save quite a bit of time wouldn't it?
Yes, you're right, but at the time I had a lot of carbide cutters on the grinder so I didn't have such a long cutter.
Can you tell me what you use to break it, please tell me the name of the company
What machine do you use for this plate?
Regards from Mexico.
Hi. It is in the description of UDM-2216
this punch holder
Drill and enlarge ? nono partner , just milling ....
A question tough , the finished bores had quite rough surfaces , is that within spec ?
Yes. Some openings are only lightening
is it normal not to use coolant?
What is cam program?

From the video it's hard to say how much time you would do exactly if you did it in 10 hours you're number 1. I did it for about 24 hours
next time I make similar steel piece I will film and check some times,
@@donnykisa ok I look forward to
Tu sa setria peniaze , jedny platky na celu platnu ;)
Kiežby si mal pravdu 🙃
What is the finished part use for?
Hi. It is the base plate for the tool for leveling aluminum castings.
Looks like a press tool top plate to me
You are not far from the truth. It is a balancing tool
WOW!!!!! Pictures 🤣HAHAHA
How about stress ?
Just peace no stress :-)

Som síce len zamestnanec ale doska je dosť tenká takže asi vieš prečo tam nebola väčšia fréza
