"Don't think the healing will come by returning to that relationship." Great advice, thank you!

i related to christopher, when he talked about all the time he put into that relationship at a young age. i had been on and off with someone i met in high school for 5 years and just now ended things for good. It felt comforting to know that my feelings of pain are validated and that it just proves how important relationships are, and that only God can truly heal us and fill the space in our hearts that yearn for intimacy and unconditional love.

This video has given me a breakthrough in my healing from a relationship that ended almost 7 years ago. Praise God for this ministry and thank you for what you do. There is hope to be free to love again.

Thank you for this necessary conversation on heartbreaks. I also relate to Christopher. I was in a relationship for 6 years and thought he was the one, I invested so much time and emotions. But God had revealed to both of us that it was over. I have been going through all the stages of grief and it's beautiful to see you both say how important it is to feel all the pain in order for God to heal my broken heart.

I dare to say that most lacks of committments to true love come out of unresolved failures in past relationships. We need Christ to come and heal us.

Wow. Deeply touched. Thank you both for bringing this to the table. Especially helpful for me was the "icon" image. This is such an enlightening way to look at past and present relationships, evaluating where it fulfilled that design, and where it may have strayed from it.

I haven't been on a relationship but I'm still thinking about a girl from my school, I think I'm obssesed with her because, nowdays girls are rude and rachet, she is candid and maybe is idolatry but maybe She's the most pure person I've ever know
And I not getting over it, and I've prayed about that but nothing seems to change.

Interesting that safe physical touch is part of Christopher’s reaction to pain. Using massage therapy with the intent to feel what you’re blocking is another part of healing!
