Relocated to Fayetteville from Chicago (born and raised), and it was the BEST MOVE! Fayetteville offers a town and country feel. Lots of events in the Town Square )as you refer to as County offices), and lots of new businesses, culture, resident construction sites, restaurants and shopping-- commercial and mom/pop! As an African American, it’s a great diverse community, that offers more than just blacks, but a relevant mix of all races. Fayetteville is pricy to live in, which is expected, since there is government, commercial spaces, with very few apartments and lots of large and mid-sized single family homes. It is congested since it started out as a small town- and growing with traffic, property and businesses. Yes… We LOVE it here! Everyone is friendly, all we need is in our community, and demographic mix is DIVERSE! We plan to be here long-term. Understanding the history, and the population of this growing community would have give a better perspective. You’ll have to visit to understand… because Fayetteville is not just about the Pavilion 😝it’s about PROGRESS!
I’m trying to find a GA city to move to from MD. This was helpful because I’m also African American and have only heard bad things about us going to the south lol
Just came across your station. Enjoyed your videos based on drive thru communities and neighborhoods. I would love to see more inside tours of existing homes monthly in Fayette County for 2023. Thank you!
lol kept thinking “wow people in georgia do love their teslas” after seeing one in so many videos…then i realized it must be the channel owners vehicle 😂 great channel, lots of great info. GA is in our top 3 places we’re considering to relocate to from new england. subbed and will def be in touch if we do choose GA and need an agent
Just thinking may want to move to Atlanta soon just weighing my options. But thanks for this video tremendous help to people who maybe trying to navigate around the areas...
Hi, I really enjoy your videos😊❤ My son and family are looking to relocate to the Atl and want me to move with them. How often do you find homes with 4 or 5 bedrooms and a mother in law suite/apartment with a kitchen? Preferably near the Hampton Ga area From what I have seen they are hard to find. I noticed the in law apartments/suite can be found in older home. Which is fine, especially if they have been updated. I need my space and privacy😊 Therefore a in law suite/apartment is imperative. Are there are any homes like this still around/available? If so would you be able help us look for one? I was planning on contacting you. However I wanted to know if these type of homes still exist.
I changed my mind on Fayetteville, after I read the news. It's too bad because I was excited to move there. African Americans have done well there economically. However, I am from the West, and I could not live comfortably with violence and gun violence in Fayetteville and other parts of Georgia.
Thanks for your feedback. I will say gun violence is everywhere frankly in today’s society but I would be very interested in knowing your source indicating that Fayetteville Ga has a abnormally higher amount of gun violence than other cities in America. Definitely not debating your decision but in the grand scheme it doesn’t get to much better than Fayetteville when it comes to crime in comparison to the national average.
@@raymondrileyjr You are correct. I made an assumption based on the local news in Fayetteville. However, after I explored crimes where I live in the West, violent crimes are committed here too, yet I missed them because they often do not involve African Americans (I am African American). I also rethought my decision to remove Fayetteville from my list as the best place for me to live based on my goals, and I resolved that people do not leave an entire state because there are problems within cities. Therefore, I analyzed and compared violent-crime rates between three cities: 1.) My metropolitan city. 2.) Huntsville, AL 3.) Fayetteville, GA Fayetteville, GA has significantly less crime! Therefore, I plan to check out your links. Thanks!
Hi Ronald! River Oaks in Tyrone, GA? If so, it's a super nice Stately Community! Not much is going on there though as far as active opportunities. I believe as of right now, there is only 1 home there for sale at 1.1M. Definitely, a great place to keep an out for as listings come online though. If you're interested in learning more about the one listed at 1.1M shoot me an email: raymond@magneticrealtos.com Thanks for watching and I really appreciated the SUB.
Fayetteville is about to annex 100's of forested acres right near Trilith, in the middle of housing developments and schools. The land has been earmarked for data centers (the Cloud). These are large warehouses filled with servers and surrounded by high security fences and lighting. The amount of electricity and water needed is enormous and will be detrimental to Fayetteville's infrastructure. The number of jobs to be created is minimal. The negative impact on the environment and wildlife is frightening. Depending on the architecture of the centers, they can be extremely loud all day and night. Development will take 10 years or more so construction vehicles will be clogging our roads. Do your homework before you move to Fayette County. The Fayette County Development Authority can make secret deals with big business and then direct elected officials to annex and rezone...no questions allowed. Actually, this is now common practice throughout Georgia. Lots of angry citizens in Social Circle, GA, too! Look up RIVIAN Opposition Group.

The next time you're in Fayetteville take a look around the Sandy Creek area and Veterans Parkway as well as Peachtree City area and off of highway 92

That’s not bad for a 5 bedroom house. $400k for that.
That price TRIPLES in Colorado.
Please be careful
I LIKE YOUR CHANNEL. BUT THESE UNFINISHED PROPERTIES SO CLOSE TO THE HIGHWAY IS A JOKE. NO THANKS.
Those are some nice homes!
