ERB was contracted to Disney for... I think 2 or 3 seasons? And this was basically their goodbye to them (last video they had under them), with dissing Walt Disney and Disney in general

Jack KIrby Created Most of the Marvel Characters, Ant-Man, the Avengers, the Black Panther, the Fantastic Four, the Hulk, Iron Man, the Silver Surfer, Thor, and the X-Men, Capt America, Iron Man etc, so even though Stan Lee Created Marvel, without Jack it would have been nothing, which is why they say it took a lot of courage to put your name on Jacks Comic books
