395 has no first class, so it cant go on express. And its too fast at 140mph. It would be stupid to add first class or slow it down. Id rather have a 397, 180, 222, and 91.

Theres no reason to add first class to 395. Without first class, it could have a special route. So short that first class wouldnt be neccessary. Otherwise, no 395. Also, the 10 coach 180 is too long. Good idea that they could make LSR platforms longer, which might happen because the leighton area looks like it may be updated (from the RP sneak peak). The 10 coach 180 could come, but only if LSR gets upgraded, as its an important express station.
