That would really depend on your goals. If your goal was to get ready and prepared for this time next year, I would recommend doing something like a big block of endurance training, followed by a big block of hypertrophy training, followed by a big block of strength training. Maybe something like 12 to 15 weeks each. If you have long-term goals that are more than a few years away, I think the program you have written will do fine with the understanding that it’s just going to take a very long time because you are doing one focus every third week.
Can you talk about a Litvinov style workout? I saw Jujimufu try it, front squats super sets with 400 m sprints. Seems like track based athletes get all the real benefits from some type of running.
Definitely would not recommend that for throwers, especially during the season. Might be a fun challenge type workout during the off-season to have athletes do but really not a great thing, especially for the younger athletes and coaches of younger athletes that typically watch my channel.
A typical warm up for a thrower should take 15 minutes or so. This would include movement drills, sprints, skipping, bounding, etc stretching, and more event specific warm ups.
No signal There’s no magic answer to give you. You need to improve technique first. Then as you’re improving technique, work on improving speed and explosiveness. And you need to do something every day to improve.
Hi there. There are a lot of videos under this channel to help you improve your distances. I can't specifically tell you what to improve but I can tell you that improving technique should come first. Then try to increase your speed and explosiveness. Finally, practice as much as possible to get better and build good habits.
I have a question and please answer me it is very important for me, I know you are the person whose knowledge I must trust..... generally I have so many questions but if I list them all, I will bother you so much, so I chose one question... should sweep leg be high or low? I am 2.03 meters tall so in my case should it be high or low and is it’s proper height increasing distance?..... thank you in advance❤️ I am looking forward to your answer!
There are some good videos under this channel that talk about the sweep leg. It should stay low to the circle and be a low, sweeping motion not a high kicking motion. I'll try to link some other videos under this comment.
should i do follow the following program?
1st week:strength program
2nd week:hypertrophy program
3rd week:endurance program

You need to search throwers under UA-cam. Search “top glide slow motion” or “best glide shot put” and plenty of videos will pop up.
