INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Chicken gizzard in oyster sauce)
1.8 lbs chicken gizzards
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chicken powder or magic sarap
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup water
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
Thai chili pepper and green onion
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Braised chicken feet)
1.3 kilogram chicken feet
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup banana sauce (you can use tomato ketchup instead)
1 & 1/2 cups boiling water
Thai chili pepper (or siling labuyo)
