  • We discuss using your existing deal flow to validate whether it'll be worthwhile to list your product(s) and service(s) on cloud marketplaces.
    The beauty is that you can just create a new CRM field to track whether the prospect would be open to transacting via the marketplace. All sales has to do is ask them, and log their Yes/No response in the field.
    From there, you could track the potential $ figure you could be transacting through the marketplace to build a case internally for the integration work.
