Do one rep wait 1 min go for as many rounds as possible and then get stronger overall and doom your pulls will get stronger

Honestly, yep. If I start on anything else, my pull-ups will be… close to zero. But if I start there I can do two sets of 8. Long gone are the days of 3 sets of 10 for me. My best was 28 in one set. Around that time tho I got my first exertion headache from lunges, I didn’t know what was going on, just felt kind of weird, turned around and did pull ups and 🤯 I thought I was gonna die. Sooo no more lunges or heavy anything, and way less pull ups, tho that one is just cuz I’m weaker now lol
